the hotel rooms were big, slightly dated but kept clean and well. The staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel was about 20 mins walk down to the town centre. Coimbra is a very hilly city and its quite a climb back to the hotel. |

The hotel was easy to find in the city, the room and bathroom were quite big, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was nice, also dinner which we had in the hotel was tasty. Relatively close to the center. |

Da cidade É a altura de modernizar e principalmente haver comunicação entre recepção e funcionarios de limpeza!Em lado nenhum um funcionario bate uma vez no quarto e se ninguem responder entra por lá dentro para fazer limpeza!Não se esqueçam que há quem não reclame simplesmente não volta mais e passa uma má imagem do hotel,com o a vontade que a funçionaria regiu não foi a primeira vez que aconteceu |

A simpatia e o profissionalismo do pessoal da recepção. A localização. O ar-condicionado deveria trabalhar de forma mais eficiente. Pareceu-me que o que estava a funcionar não era o ar frio, mas sim e tão somente a ventilação. Um hotel destes deveria ter um acesso gratuito à internet wireless nos quartos. |

O conforto As funcionarias da recepçao seram mais atenciosas nos pedidos efectuados atraves do booking.pena que nao tivessem reparado no pedido e dp nao serem eficazes.dp de ter efectuado o check in ser interrompida por um canalizador no quarto.... e no minimo ..alem disso deixei um casaco no karto e ninguem me soube dar indicaçoes acerca de tal...eu mesma tive que ligar varias vezes para o Hotel .... |

O quarto onde ficámos é muito bom, espaçoso e uma boa cama. O hotel está bem situado junto ás principais vias de comunicação. O pessoal do hotel é atencioso, simpático e muito prestável. O parque de estancionamento ínterior é muito bom. Aviso aos hospedes: não estancionem no parque de estancionamento em frente ao Hotel. Se o fizerem removam todos os objectos para evitar assaltos. |
