La présence du parking ; le petit déjeuner est excellent. Il est trop excentré par rapport au centre ville et l'accès côté façade pour le déchargement des bagages est difficile. |

Hotel confortable, tres grand lit, bon petit dej. Vraiment bien. Hotel un peu excentre par rapport au centre ville (prevoir 15min a pied, tres valonne) et parking payant mais place dispo a proximite. |

The room was very clean.The female staff were very good. It would have been nice to have tea, coffee facilities in the room as it is so close to a hospital,the hotel advertised a restaurant but the evening I arrived it was closed,even the staff thought it was open,also male staff were not very helpful |

If possible, get a room not facing the street. The windows that give out back to the valley appear to be less noisy! |

The initial room that the receptionist sent us was in front of the elevator in the 1st floor. He was then kind enough to change to a 4th floor room, after we complained that our 2 years old child would not sleep much. The new room was previously reserved for a football player, so it had a rotex machine. The room had a hidden stove above the minibar, which is fine. The bed is huge and I liked it. The bathroom is great, with much space. The room is also big. Buffet was Ok. Some staff members were not much kind. Having carpet in the room floor is not much hygienic, although the room was very clean. |

Photos on booking convinced us to book a room but the hotel wasn' t like wath we thought. We asked for a 4 people room, they gave us a triple room, than the staff tryed to persuade us to change the room with another one that had two orrible small beds coming out of the wall! We decided that it was better for the children to sleep in the same bed.... |

Very friendly staff One scary and rude homeless kid on the parking lot. They start removing the breakfast while we were still eating within the time frame. |

The hotel was in a great location and about a 20 minute walk from the downtown centre. However, the walk down to the centre is downhill, I would recommend a taxi to take you back to the hotel (it's uphill on the way back)! |

Excellent 4-star hotel in general (big, clean rooms with airco, nice hotel restaurant), located near the centre of Coimbra (but not in the centre). |

the hotel rooms were big, slightly dated but kept clean and well. The staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel was about 20 mins walk down to the town centre. Coimbra is a very hilly city and its quite a climb back to the hotel. |

Funcionários muito prestativos e atenciosos. Localização próxima ao Hospital Universitário da Universidade de Coimbra. Ótima localização de vários tipos de comércio e de transporte. Internet e estacionamento serem pagos. |

Do tamanho do quarto Ter reservado um quarto normal e quando cheguei só tinham disponíveis quartos para pessoas com incapacidades físicas. No entanto, a situação acabou por ser resolvida. |

Espaço e conforto do quarto - suite júnior. O quarto estava localizado perto do elevador pelo que ouvia-se muitos ruídos. Devem melhorar a insonorização. |
