Neteja impecable. Zona d'hotels, nova, tranquil.la, amb bona combinació de metro (una meravella) i bus. A 15 minuts a peu del Palau de Cristal i del Museu Romàntic. Al costat de la Caixa de Música. Tres estrelles que podrien ser ben bé quatre. Després de veure la marxa del centre, va molt bé la quietud de la zona. A 4 o 5 euros amb taxi del centre i a mitja hora caminant

No hi vaig esmorzar perquè els comentaris deien que era fluix, creuant el carrer hi ha una molt bona cafeteria. La habitació triple no era amb tres llits normals, sino amb plegatí (malgrat que no era incòmode), em consta que havia habitacions triples reals. No hi ha control d'entrada i sortida.

Definitely value for money. Also, there is free wi-fi downstairs.

We wanted to have dinner in the hotel, but the waitress refused to seat us anywhere but by the window. The explanation was given that breakfast is served in the other area (in reality it is really served everywhere, also by the windows). It is a cheap trick of the management - attract more clients by seating people by the window and giving an impression of a packed place. They would have done much better by providing quality food and respecting customer needs. We ended up dining in a restaurant across the road. Also, the hotel towels are so old that have changed their color from white to a very defined grey. It is rather unpleasant to use such towels.

Location is only minutes from the metro or a cool 20 mins walk into the center of town, 2 mins to the shopping center. The price of the rooms is excellent which were clean and spacious. Fantastic Restaurant within 2 mins called "Restaurant quattro amici".

The "snacks / drinks" in the vending machine were a littlemon the pricey side.

The hotel coffe machine is poor.

We booked a Terrace Room and enjoyed having the extra outdoor space to relax in the evening while our child was sleeping. The staff was friendly and accomodating for the needs of a toddler - they even have a children's option at the restaurant which seems to be pretty rare in the area. Overall, a wonderful time at this hotel.

good location and close to metro, internet in room is free and reliable, car parking under hotel 9euros/day is reasonable, good shopping and restaurants nearby

The breakfast is a big disappointment especially the quality of the coffee and the sweetened hot milk is terrible. could offer more fresh fruit and cereals but meat and cheeses are fine. Check-in wasslow.

The only place in Portugal that had free Wi-Fi. Needs to be in bedrooms as well.But they were the only place had a free comfortable lobby to work in.STAFF Is phenomenal thank you.Great Location

The quality of service. Very comfortable and clean rooms with free wifi. Good sound isolation.

Very pleasant staff, very clean and tidy, friendly and inclusive environment (e.g. lifts with oral information in portuguese and english, tactile information in braille, etc...)

Coffee for breakfast can be improved. Why not offering a good portuguese expresso coffee also (and not at an additional cost)?

The hotel is not centrally located however, the public transportation (subway) is 10 minutes away. The walk to the old town took 20 minutes. The room was spacious and definitely a bargain for the price.

The breakfast buffet could offer a wider selection of items.
