The reception girl was so enthusiastic that she tried to go out at night (around 11pm) to find the sanitary napkin for me when I was on my period during my first night at HF Tuela Porto. I am grateful to her! The hotel refused to prepare a breakfast pack when I have to leave early even the room rate includes buffet breakfast. |

good for the discount we got with the room. good breakfast. good for free wifi downstairs. not really close to the city center. 10 min walk to the metro, 10 minute ride from there. boring area at night. |

The hotel is smart,clean and very conveniently situated for any purpose in Porto. There are two advantages. The first is that the staff were extremely helpful in everything that I needed to do - facilities or information. Also there are taxis available outside 24 hours - very good. Breakfast was not the best. The quality and range of food at breakfast can be improved. I only took one then I went across the road. Also for this reason I did not use the restaurant. |

the staff was extremely helpful and I really enjoyed the overall quality of the room. At breakfast, perhaps a selection of season fruits instead of canned fruits (i.e. - oranges, grapes, apples, pears, etc.). Also, a couple more options reagarding cereals, milk and yogurts (I suggest low fat milk and a soy alternative, as for cereals, a sugar free option that is not known for its fiber content). Otherwise, everything was very good! |

La habitación es nueva y comoda, el desayuno está bien y el personal es amable. No funciona el control de la temperatura en la habitación.No se podía prender el aire acondicionado y la calefación no se podía apagar. La televisión sólo tenía un canal. |

very comfy room- large, cool, quiet, clean,bath,shower, fridge, window opened, large twin beds,best tv channels we have ever had in a hotel. a little out of the centre and away from metro but good bus links and cheap taxis |

Booked a room for 3 days with a rate of 50 euros and smoking preference. They charged me 25 euros plus each day and refuse to respect the rate. |

The staff was very kind and the room was very good considering it was a three-star-hotel. Not particularly about the hotel, but it was very difficult to park the car (unless you pay for it and parking at the hotel garage will cost you 9 euros per night which is too expensive) |

The rooms were clean and spacious The conditioning was not functioning properly, therefore, it was too hot to sleep even at the end of October there. And it is a bit too far from the centre. |
