overall an excellant choice for our needs during our stay. The access from the airport/metro/hotel all very good. Closest metro an easy 5 min walk. Reception staff very professional / helpful / polite. Breakfast was very good, varied selections, pastries,cereal,fruit,toast,egg,bacon,mushroom.Rooms sufficient for our requirements, triple room, clean, tidy,

to be honest i would be struggling to say a bad word against the hotel.

[Our room was upgraded, so we don't really know what the "basic twin room" would be like.] The staff was very nice and very professional. The room was spacious and quiet. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was generous and everything was fresh.

Things that made the room look a bit shabby: a bed lamp coming off the wall (would only take a few screws to fix), skirting board coming off the wall (a nail would do it), cigarette butts left on the artificial grass covered balcony for our whole two days stay (it was the same butts.....), one (1!) towel for the bide' in a two-people room, dirty leaflets and tatty courtesy book. Small things that easily could be remedied if somebody just checked every room for maintenance every so often. Bathrobes and slippers are great, but more important is cleanliness and tidiness.

The staff is very friendly.

i've been in this hotel before and i know that the rooms have a nice size, however this time, i was traveling with my husband and we requested a double bed. We had a very small room, for 4 nights, without closet and space for 2 suitecases.

Pleasant stay. Good, new, clean hotel. Good location with plenty restaurants around. Nice place to stay.

courtesy and helpfulness of staff, location (right next to grocery store, shopping mall, and near the university), cleanliness, extra conveniences (extra pillow, removable shower head, flat screen TV)

Wifi was not automatically included as part of the package and was expensive, and my room (401) did not have the best signal strength.

Very helpful and friendly stuff. If you need something they do everything to help you.

The view on the balcony that we paid extra for was of the back of buildings and was not worth the extra charge.

Nice hotel with friendly staff. Clean, tidy and quiet. Good location too. Although I paid for the private terrace roo, did not have a chance to use as was busy with work, it might have been handy in hot Porto days.

The room maides forgot to clean my room at first but were regular afterwards.

Close to metro and shopping.

Strict application of check in time. Difficult after long flight to wait 3 hours in lobby.

Comfort OK.Clean rooms.Breakfast good.

Location is too far from center.

Cleanliness of the room, bath in the bathroom, bottle of water only for 1 eur was in room when we came (very important when it is hot and you forgot to buy it in the shop), quiet in the night, helpful service (barman was so nice to us and gave us a glasses for a wine and a bottle opener to our room), small breakfast for those who check-out early in the morning.
