Az egész hotel kultúrált, a személyzet segitőkész, a reggeli pedig bőséges (hiszen svédasztal). Apróbb kellemetlenségek: 1) a szoba ablakát csak résnyire lehet kinyitni, igy igy muszáj légkondit használni 2) nem tudtak vasalót adni. |

A tágas, nagy szobák nagyon kényelmesek. Habár a szálloda igen nagy, de ettől még nyugodt és csendes, ahonnan a városközpont tömegközlekedéssel könnyen elérhető.A hotel körül jól lehet parkolni. Drágának találtam a szálloda parkolóját. |

Tetszett, hogy segítőkészek voltak a recepciónál, további eligazítást tudtak adni Portugáliában tartózkodásunkkal kapcsolatban, továbbá a tisztasága is nagyon megnyerő volt. Nem tetszett és a mai napig nem értjük, hogy előzetes értesítés nélkül lefoglalták a bankkártyánkon a szállás teljes összegét, amit bár azóta állítólag feloldottak, a bank még mindig nem tudott értesíteni erről. / 3. napja ennek./ A szállást kifizettük, ennek ellenére a foglalás feloldásáról semmi hír! |

Confort, clean, great breakfast, good price. This location is quit far from subway station, it is not easy to take a bus in Porto on weekend. Subways were the best option. |

I became ill due to a bug caught on the flight to Porto; the hotel staff were very helpful and understanding. The room was comfortable and spacious and the meals - both in the restaurant and brought to my room - were well prepared and presented. The food was excellent. |

The reception girl was so enthusiastic that she tried to go out at night (around 11pm) to find the sanitary napkin for me when I was on my period during my first night at HF Tuela Porto. I am grateful to her! The hotel refused to prepare a breakfast pack when I have to leave early even the room rate includes buffet breakfast. |

good for the discount we got with the room. good breakfast. good for free wifi downstairs. not really close to the city center. 10 min walk to the metro, 10 minute ride from there. boring area at night. |
