Wifi yes, but no internet acces to the outside world during whole stay. Complained several times but staff didn't seem to care. Water from the tap had a nasty smell; didn't dare washing, let alone drinking. |

Located near to the metro station, very good connection to the city center. Very friendly and helpful staff. Capacity breakfast facilities to small for number of rooms, but staff always "forced “ a solution. |

The staff were excellent as well as the location As one other reviewer mentioned.. there really is noplace except the bed and the bathroom to put things. The stool is very small and not very useful. |

Lovely modern clean rooms, good location (Metro is 5 minutes away, bus stop 1 minute away), not far from the airport. Staff was relatively helpful. Good value for money. We had no water in the hotel for 1/2 day, no showers, no toilet, no coffee or drinks at breakfast, not even enough cutlery because they coudn't wash the dishes, but nobody even apologised or offered a free coffee when the water was back. On our last night we the water in the toilet didn't stop after flushing so we had to move rooms, I got the impresion it happened. |

Excellent breakfast with eggs, bacon, sausages, etc. Very stylish atmosphere. Very clean. Friendly staff. Instituto Superior Técnico was just across the street. Metro station (Alameda) was close by. We had to ask for more shampoo a couple of times. |

Staff was especially pleasant, in a country where the standards of courtesy are high. They have a bar with restaurant, but this did not function during the day. We had hoped to get a light lunch. |

The Dining Staff was friendlier than the front desk personel. The room was clean. The parking is underground and tiny. Rooms were tiny as well. They had no small wash cloths for the shower or face, only large towels. The internet I paid for didn't work 100% of the time. |

The hotel is not in the city center, but it is quite close to the metro station. Rooms are very cleaned and the price was fair (considering that I found an offer and I paid 65€ per night double room). The hotel level is close to a 3 stars hotel. The bathroom was quite small and the breakfast was normal. Nothing you can complain about, but the hotel can not be considered a 4 stars. I suggest this hotel if you find a good offer paying less than the oficial price. |

Nice and clean rooms, nice bath. Closed to metro-stations. Breakfast is ok for international standard, but Germans are used to have another breakfast :-) |

The hotel was great. The location was very good near metro station Alameda and very easy to find. Bus no.22 goes from the airport directly to the hotel and the bus drivers really helpful. The staff of the hotel was friendly and they speak very good English. The breakfast could be improved and more diverse. |

A nice quiet very professional environment. 5 min walk to metro, convenient location, nicely decorated rooms, abundant breakfast, courteous personnel. Extremely expensive interent lobby connection, go round the corner there is an internet cafe for 1/10 of what hotel charges. |

The promotion was very good value for price. The hotel is quite new, the cleaning was perfect, it was quiet and the breakfast was good. It is easy to reach from the airport. We appreciated the service very much and will surely stay at this hotel again. Too hot at night and could not lower the temperature in the room. |
