조금 좁은감도 있지만 혼자서 쓰기엔 충분했고 청결했다. 가격대비 만족도 괜찮은편! 공항과도 무지 가까우며 시내에 나가기도 편리한편. 1. 조식은 가짓수가 적었으며, 과일이 없다.. 대략난감;;; 2. 지하철역이 가까운 듯 보였으나 세개 역사이에 있어서 어디로 가얄지 결정짓기 어려웠으며 언덕이라 오르내리기 조금 어려웠음. |

The hotel is verysuitable for visiting Lisbon. The location is convinient, the rooms are lyxury and clean and the staff was very helpfull and polite.Exellent service. The price is very good comparing to the quality |

Really good value for money (paid 60 euros/night). The room was very nice, the bed was comfortable, and the hotel was located near two metro stations. Reaching it from the airport was very easy (just take bus 22). Although the breakfast was good in terms of quality, I expected a bit more variety. However the coffee is totally undrinkable, produced by those horrible automated machines. |

Contemparory design. Clean. Really good buffet breakfast. Helpful staffs who speak decent english. Safe in the room where I can keep my passport. Got a bakery around the corner which open until late night. Only 5 min metro trip from the town centre. Uni pub across the road. Not a lot. A bit quiet during the night when walking back from the metro station. |

The Hotel was nice and clean in a good location. Although they say they would only change your towels if you leave them on the floor, this is not the case: they change them no matter where you left them. This is not too "green" of them. But hey, this was my only complaint, everything else was just fine! |

Employees were very nice. Room was clean! Breakfast was okay. Coffee was not good. Area was not the best but seemed to be safe. Was near the city. Bus station to the airport very close. |

In particular we liked the access to the rest of the city. Metro was really close. The entrance of the hotel is very welcoming. The rooms were well decorated and the tea and coffee set were highly appreciated. The quality of the food at breakfast, there was no minieral water (water in a bottle tasting tapwater) - the fruit juices were of very low quality (no fresh juice available - bread and pastry were reasonable, but not a 4 star hotel worthed |

The location was just perfect for visiting the Instituto Superior Técnico. The staff was friendly, the room was cozy, and the price I got was great. For a touristy visit I would probably go with something closer to the historical part, but you can reach everything with metro and cheap taxi. The breakfast was basic, there is only white bread. |

during our stay in alameda,the staff was very pleseant, the roms were very nice with a great view and the food excelent, especially the croassante-everithing was great and thank you again. everyhing was very nice. |

I liked everything about the hotel, it was just what we were looking for, very comfortable, pleasant staff and close to all amenities including the metro. We used the hotel car park for a small fee and were able to travel on public transport thus saving the aggravation of parking in town. The restaurant was very nice and the breakfast was excelent, I would definately stay there again. |

The room was very comfortable, beautifully designed and hygienic clean. The hotel is located on the top of a hill so also the view from the room was very nice. Neighborhood of the hotel is not particularly nice. It also could have been located closer to a metro station. |

Wifi yes, but no internet acces to the outside world during whole stay. Complained several times but staff didn't seem to care. Water from the tap had a nasty smell; didn't dare washing, let alone drinking. |

Located near to the metro station, very good connection to the city center. Very friendly and helpful staff. Capacity breakfast facilities to small for number of rooms, but staff always "forced “ a solution. |
