“ The staff. I needed to see a doctor and they found me a doctor, who wasn't available, and then found me a walk-in clinic, on a Saturday! I saw the doctor, got a prescription and the rest of my trip was essentially saved by the hotel's staff! Great location near a very busy street, but quiet rooms, great bathrooms, comfortable beds. Staff also were able to give us a wake-up call. ”

the hotel is very handy for the metro and plenty of tourist attractions close by. Although there were two sachets of coffee provided, some milk would have been useful. Mini bar was poorly stocked.

It's quiet as it's in a small streer. there is subway station at 2mn walking. The room is big and well designed. The bathroom is well equiped. The mini bar is quite expansive: 16€ for 2 small bottles of water and orange juice

Very modern design and furnishings - comfortable bed (always a plus!). The location was good - just off the main road and very close to the Metro. Easy to walk down to the city centre, too.

There was said that the room has air-conditioning. But it was only possible to heat with it. So the room was terrible warm and there was no air in the room. So it was impossible to have a good sleep.

I absolutely loved everything, the staff, the hotel's design (room was nice and warm, bathroom was nice too) the room's ambiance fantastic, breakfast was delicious, the view was amazing, and the location just perfect. It really worth every single cent. Would definitely go back if I'll return to PT and they keep the prices reasonable. Perhaps the room could have been a little bigger, but that's only because I love having loads of space, otherwise it was just perfect.

Location. You can take the bus 727 to go to Belem district. Small rooms, first day we saw a worm on the towels, the weekend we were there it was so busy, they changed our room to other "Europa" Turin hotel.that was better that this hotel.
