Mukava henkilökunta, ilmastointi huoneessa, erittäin rauhallinen sijainti Aamipala skandinaaville vaatimaton, ei vihanneksia, mutta kaikkea ei tietenkään voi saada. Keske-/etelä-Euroopan m,ittapuun mukaan varmasti ok. |

Hotelli sijaitsee erinomaisella paikalla, rauhallisen sivukadun varrella ja lähistöllä on riittävästi palveluja. Julkiset liikenneyhteydet keskustaan hyvät. Modernit ja tilavat huoneet. Aamiainen, joka sisältyi hintaan, ei ollut kovin kummoinen eikä aamiaistarjoilu oikein toiminut. Hotellin henkilökunta oli muutenkin jollain tavalla leipiintynyttä. |

Despite reading poor reviews of the breakfasts before we stayed the breakfasts were very good especially as included in the price of the room. The decor in the hotel was smart. The one evening meal taken in the hotel by myself and my wife plus our 6 friends was poor. The main course was not hot enough and the desert, profiter rolls, was still frozen when put in front of us! |

Took sightseeing buses around Lisbon. Did alot of walking to see all the sights and of course shopping. Yes we had a room on the ground floor. It was very noisy during the night. The air conditioning from accross the street was on all night and the garage was below us and there was plenty of noise from there. I would recommend only if on the other side of the road the room was. |

The location is good for the city tours.It is in a quiet street . The facilties in hotel very are very good andthe breakfast excellent . The orices of drinks in the bar were excessive even by hotel standards.The hotel room was dark and there was very little light and no instructions about the facilities .No coffee or tea making facilities and no iron or trouser press. |

Room was ok but nothing extraordinary. However ok hotel and location for this price. Breakfast was ok (some bacon, egg, bread and fruit salad) but service ended well before breakfast time ended meaning that most of the food was already finished. |

It has nice location. It is an average 3 star hotel, no way 4 star!!! Poor breakfast, small dinning tables, broken pipe in the room toilet, etc, etc. |

The facilities were adequate. The breakfast was quite good - fair amount of choice. The room was small. Not much room in bathroom to get out of shower - the bath screen was too close to the toilet. Air conditioning noisey. |

Convenient for local transport links as well as being a good walk into the city centre. The breakfast was good and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The air conditioning was not very effective in our room. |

It was my second stay in hotel. Special very central location. Hotel staff was very helpful. Breakfast was not good, I stayed there for a week, but every morning we had the same food, no change. Although it was my second stay, I was not given any discount. |

I really enjoyed staying at Turim Europa. Very clean and tidy. Confortable, good bed, music in the room, television, minibar, good working hair dryer. Good shower, nice and special mirror for ladies make-up or gents shaving. Internet in the room. Very good breakfast, great variety, good service.Staff very helpful. Only, as a sugestion to provide courtains for the bath tub, as the water spilled all over. |

We were very pleased with staff and accommodation. Hotel was clean and well kept. We were delighted with the breakfast! An excellent variety and selection! It is a shame that the dining room/restaurant is not open. We had a bite in the bar when we arrived, which was barely passable. |

Central location - handy for transport and business meetings wireless internet did not work in rooms - only in reception - no back up available. OK room but some room fittings not in good state of repair. Understaffed on arrival 11.00 pm. Food was adequate. TV channels - not good choice. Hotel is mediocre. |

The hotel is located very well in the center of the city within walking distance to the old city (10-15min). And near the centrl park eduardo VII. Furthermore the barman is very nice. My room was in the interior and therefore dark and with a view on the neighbouring rooms at the patio. I do not want to stay in such room again. So make sure you have an exterior room which might be better. |

I liked the room. Although it was quite small it was always clean. You could also leave your luggage after check-out in the special room for that. Yes, the breakfast was very very poor and air-conditioning didn't work for the first two hot days. |

Very clean. Reception was very helpful with direction and information. I would stay here again. Breakfast was okay but not great. I would have liked fresh juice or concentrate rather than powder and more fresh fruit. It looked like a good selection of breads and meats which i don't eat so it might be fine for someone who does. |
