Pomimo informacji w serwisie WWW, przez cały okres pobytu (4 dni) w hotelu był uszkodzony bezprzewodowy internet. Obsługa hotelu nie była w stanie udzielić informacji czy i kiedy zostanie to naprawione. |

Convenient access from the airport, one stop on the aerobus for 3 euros. Similar convenient access to buses and metro downtown. The hotel is clean and comfortable although rooms are not particularly large. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet offered only a limited selection. Coffee and fruit juices tasted as if made from concentrates and were not pleasant. |

Easy to reach from airport bus - The staff at the reception desk was excellent : helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, speaking good English Strangely, the room maid did not leave soap in the bathroom ! However, the room was always left very clean. |

Central city location. Friendliness and helpfulness of Reception staff. The buffet breakfast was first class with a good choice of hot and cold food. Restaurant staff cleared and reset tables quickly and effeciently and ensured buffet dishes were replenished regularly. The only criticism I could make was that the dining room for breakfast needed to be larger to cope with the number of people staying at the hotel. |

The position was good We asked for a recommendation to a Fado restaurant. The one we went to and which they told us was the best, was extremely expensive, had no atmosphere, the food was dreadful and the singers were poor, one was even too old to climb onto the stage. |
