To summarise, the staff were unfriendly to the point of rude. The happy hour couldn't have been more ironic. Our a/c didn't work, so when we mentioned it they were unhelpful and in essence did nothing about it except pretend to send an engineer up. We needed to call three times before someone would open the window. The whole experience was the worst I've ever had and I have travelled the world backpacking, so if a Dollar a night hotel in Cambodia can offer better service there must be something wrong.

Excellent customer service. Location is ideal for a short weekend stay, to just hit all the touristy spots/walking tour pick-up point/train. Highly recommended this hotel. The room is contemporary and luxurious for a 4-star.

Absolutely none. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Lisboa.

It is a very quiet room (as I requested) and it is spacious;Reasonable good location. I would recommend it for business trip. Helpful staff

O thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Turim. The room was very comfortable and clean, the staff was helpful and attentive and the breakfast was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff is nice, the room is very clean.

I don't agee with the comments of a prior guest that the rooms are noisy. The windows keep out all noise. Of course if they are open it is somewhat noisy.

I got an extremely good last minute deal at this hotel and was given a double room with a very nice bathroom. It's a stylish business hotel in a good area just around the corner from the Calouste Gulbenkian Museum and Concert Hall. Very comfortable, spotlessly clean with a friendly and efficient staff. The breakfast was exceptional. Despite my room being on the front of the building the double glazing was super efficient. Plenty of small eateries close by. The hotel is easy to get to by bus from the airport, the fare is only one euro and seventy five pence, and the 745 bus route also takes you right through the heart of the city to the waterfront.

Use of hotel computer is a little expensive, but this hotel does cater for business people so it's understandable.

No milk or coffee, only tea (without milk) making facilities in room. No full length cupboard space - nowhere to hang a coat. Hair drier could be more powerful

Conveniently located, very clean, good food & most of the staff were very helpful and very obliging. I would saty again at Turim Iberia and ecomend to others also

I requested a room with a balcony which they gave me. This is inspite of there being only 1 floor, floor 9, having rooms with balconies.

I booked the double room sharing with my wife. There was only 1 chair to share between us! I asked for a second chair, it took a lot of persuasion before they gave us a second chair. They advertised that they have coffee and tea facilities, we only had tea in the room. We asked for some coffee, they gave some sachets on the first day when we requested some more for the next days, they told us that they only have tea! (they were not the same staff at reception as on the first day). They did not replace the bath foam and shampoo. We did request a replacement but this was not forthcoming. We actually had to out shopping to buy some coffee, sugar, bath foam and shampoo! I was quite disappointing to find the staff extremely unfriendly, except for one gentleman who knew how to smile!

I liked the background music playing in the room an being able to control it, made it easier to sleep somewhere different

Lack of parking that is one of the reasons I picked this hotel because it said they had parking but it is very limited an I had to check daily. I ended up having to park on the main street.
