The tones used in the decor. Good quality linen and towels and bathroom facilities. The receptionist was very helpful. The breakfast! No eggs left when i got there and not replenished. The juice out of the machine was like asprin! The girl working the area looked like she had swallowed a wasp! |

The cleanliness of the hotel and location. After staying in more that 20 hotels in Lisbon, in business trips, I can say that this hotel has the worst breakfast I ever had in a hotel. Very dissapoint because it has everything to be a good city business or trip hotel. |

everything was ok! The cleaning, the very kind staff, the hotel is perfect very modern and the price is low. I think that is a perfect location if you want to visit Lisbon. it is not exactly in the city center but just 10 minuts by underground, it is anyway close to the center. |

Friendly staff The room is too dark due to electricity saving and we could not use the safe as we could not see. The room has only one chair to sit for two guests. |

Convenient location within walking distance of the University and a short bus/metro trip from pretty much anywhere else in Lisbon. All the basic amenities were present and worked OK, though nothing spectacular. Staff was friendly, though often busy. Price for my room was quite low, presumably due to slow season (list price was much higher), and quite competitive in the area. Free WLAN was nice and worked well (though not very fast); it was also one of the main reasons I chose this hotel, as most of the otherwise less expensive choices in the area charged 10-15€ per day for Internet access. Breakfast was OK, but could easily have been better (some lettuce / tomatoes / cucumber / anything fresh would be nice). Some little issues: room safe was locked on arrival, shower head holder basically unusable (too loose) and no shower curtain, elevators acted funny on last day (stopped on every floor for no apparent reason). |

This is a hotel for people looking to stay for a short time. The deals one can get are still quite good for a city hotel. The decor is modern but somewhat cold. Room amenities basic. The rooms are functional and clean but you have to take care with the shower because no matter how hard I tried not to, I still managed to flood the bathroom floor because the shower area is simply faulty in it's design. It's not all the rooms as I travelled with friends and they didn't have this problem. The front desk staff were anything but friendly which is shame as the management obviously don't take any notice of the comments made about this hotel with regards to the friendliness of the personnel at reception. Although I only had coffee at breakfast, my friends did eat and their opinion was that the food was ok, but only that. |

Good location for my purpose (conference at the university). Quiet room. Background music in the hallways & rooms when entering (had to be switched off). Nothing fresh was served at breakfast (otherwise ok). There are (at least) three Turims in town, which is confusing; even taxi drivers mix them up. The general impression of the hotel is functional, but rather bland. |

The hotel room was well-equipped, clean and 'new'. There was no noice from the street even though the hotel is located in a busy part of the city. The breakfast buffet was dull and there was very little fresh fruit and vegetables. The quality of the juices and coffee should be improved. Business center prices were high. |

Very modern, room perfect, though thanks to noisy neighbours not all of the memories are good. But regarding room there is nothing you could improve either in room itself or in the bathroom. Perfect! Charges for Internet, mini bar in the room and alcohol at the hotel bar were ridiculous. |

Fine hotel. Very near a shopping center and a metro station that will take you anywhere throughout the city. Only 15 minutes (12 Euro's or less) from the Airport by taxi. |
