Vriendelijk personeel; ruime kamer, goed tegen geluid geïsoleerd, geen licht doorlatende gordijnen; goed geoutilleerde badkamer, fijne handdoeken,goed licht in badkamer; prettige klimaatbeheersing; alles zeer schoon; goede,lekker brede bedden(1.10) en fijne hoofdkussens; geïntegreerde muziekregeling. Te weinig kleerhangers;i.v.m.het erg gechloreerd water zou er een fles water op de kamer kunnen staan bij aankomst; de koffie bij het ontbijt is echt slecht en ook de vruchtensappen uit de machine zijn niet bijzonder van smaak. |

Het hotel ligt vlakbij een metrostation met een snelle verbinding naar het centrum. Keurige kamerinrichting, prima badkamer en redelijk ontbijt. Het personeel is beleeft, maar ook niet meer dan dat. Helaas is er geen buitenruimte aanwezig en is er geen daglicht in de ontbijtzaal. |

Schoon, prima (uitgebreid) ontbijt, vriendelijk personeel De kamers waren wel enigszins gehorig: ik kon de buren horen lachen en hoorde tv geluiden. Met oordopjes was het redelijk te doen. Had verder graag de optie gehad handdoeken niet elke dag te laten vervangen. |

new- clean- modern hotel at reasonable price, easy to find metered parking nearby on the street if don't want to pay for the hotel's parking. not in walking distance to any interesting tourist activities |

the room is nice, decoration simple but modern.Breakfast good.the hotel is very close to campo pequeno metro station (3 minutes) and just in front of this station is the Praca de Touros with restaurants, bars, cinema and 60 shops;-)I would recommend this hotel |

The room was clean and with the facilities described and the staff was kind Very poor breakfast for a four stars hotel. I spent my vacation in Europe for many years and I tried more than 30 hotels (3, 4 or 5 stars) in many countries and this hotel had the poorest 'value for money', not for the room, but for the breakfast (no vegetables at all, not natural butter or natural chese, no boiled eggs...only 2 kinds of salami and 2 kinds of ham, artificial butter and cheese). |

Large room, new furnuture, free access to the Internet, close to the metro and airport. It takes 30 min. on foot to go to Alfama and Baixa. Breakfast was quite poor. Box breakfast is not worth to take. |

Good position: short distance from/to the airport (~6 km), close to the Gulbenkian Museum and very close to s metro station. The hotel has a nice modern design, breakfast is good. |

the design of the room. location near by metro station as well as airport shuttle service available in the area. price. (we stay for the nights) we begin with six towels and we end up with two. every day they took one or two and never replaced it. i don' t know why. this was the only black spot. returning back late at night we were to tired to coplain. so we can not be sure for their response. |

Hotel is new, small and easily accessible from the main motorways by car, you also have more options to park yourr car than in the centre, close to the metro station |

Very good price/quality ratio, with clean and newly decorated rooms. Friendly staff, easy access to public transport. Available parking places just in front the hotel and private parking place (15 €/night). Quite good breakfast. Highly recommended hotel. |
