Room was quiet, spacious and comfortable. Location of the hotel very convenient. The breakfasts were disappointing - coffee was not good, fruit juice very watery and some of the bread rolls were not fresh |

The location turned out to be pretty good - very close to 2 stations of 2 different Metro lines. There's a supermarket nearby, and lots of cafeterias and restaurantss. Very close to the city centre. Nice big rooms. Service was so-so generally, though the front desk was really helpful with directions and transport suggestions. |

The location is ok, not in the center but in a safe place not far from the center, easy to catch 3 metro stations. The breakfast is good. Everything seems good for me. However, it would be better if we could have a double room, not a twin one :d |

The staff was friendly and helpful and a decent breakfast buffet. Had problems with a weak wireless internet signal, it worked only in one corner of the room. |

I like its good rate, good location, my very clean room, friendly staff, free breakfast and free wireless internet access. I couldn't use my laptop on a desk since there is no power outlet near the desk. The wall outlet is far from the desk. It might only be my room. |

We had an excellent stay. Quiet, yet pretty central. Fantastic value, helpful friendly staff. All in all a success and we would stay there again |

The rooms were very nice and roomy, breakfast was beautiful, staff very helpful. Close to public transport. The area was very quiet at night with not much choice to go out for meal. Although wifi was free, if you didn't have your own computer the cost of internet access was very steep at 5 Euro per 15 minutes. |

Hotel in a leafy street, with very comfortable rooms. Easy access from airport we paid €9 for a taxi plus luggage .Breakfast was good in a very nice bright dining room. A metro station 3 mins walk from hotel , with fast efficient service to Lisbon's tourist spots. Get a one day or 3 day travel card it lets you link up buses metro and trams, €4.50 for one day or € 11 .30 for the 3 day version. |

Very close to a couple of metro stations. Very close to a bus stop from where we can directly go to Belem district. Spacious room for a family of four. Breakfast was also nice. General cleanliness of the facility. Shower curtain should be replaced because it smells bad. |

Large comfortable room with kitchen facilities (kettle, sink, cooker, fridge/minibar) Had to get to breakfast early to get full range of food. Bar didn't appear to open even in the evenings. |

The hotel was in an excellent location although not within walking distance on downtown Lisbon, it was very close to several Metro stations with only a few short stops to the downtown area. The room was very large and very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms on the 2 top floors at the back of the hotel have a view of the sea and the Castle. |

The breakfast was decent enough. The advert stated this was a 2 star hotel, but I would beg to differ. I would give this hotel 3 at most. The sound proofing in the rooms is poor, the facilities were basic and the hotel itself is in need of updating. |

The WiFi was flaky and mostly I was unable to use it. Nice thing is that staff allowed me to use the computer in the lobby free of charge. |
