Pleasant staff who spoke good english. Good pool faciliities. good room size. Not easy to walk into town centre, and tourist information not very clear. |

Excellent value with large, clean comfortable rooms and public spaces. The breakfast buffet was fresh and comprehensive. It was unbelievable that the bar could not serve just a glass of wine, their only option was a bottle from the resturant list - cheers hic! |

The restauarant was good, both for dinner and breakfast. The room was comfortable, large enough for three and provided pretty much all that I expected, although the TV wasn't very good. I had to wait too long to check out (the receptionist was having trouble with another client's payment and just ignored me). |

nice spacious clean rooms, good pool and spa facility attached. they let us check in as soon as we arrived, even though it was only 11am. all in all we were very happy with the hotel and staff. its a bit edge-of-town. this makes it easy to find and park, but means if you want to go out for the evening you have to take the car into town. |

This hotel is wonderful, the staff is very helpfull and the breakfast very very delicious. I recomend this hotel to anyone that is going to Serra da Estrela or even to visit Covilha. |

The pleasantness of staff, the food in the restaurant and the excellent buffet breakfast. Particularly the service in the restaurant was exceptional. The pool was clean and pleasant. The only criticism was the pillows in the room. Very very uncomfortable. |

the spa & indoor pool, the friendly staff, the awful smell of sewage from the bathrooms. The hotel needs to get this fixed urgently as it will put a lot of people off staying there and the hotel itself is lovely. |

Near the center. Our stay it was in Winter and it was not possible go to the "Torre" for ski, in this hotel we have intern SPool and spay More info regarding the status of the rotes to the sky. |

O Hotel T. Covilhã é simplesmente viciante, para quem fez uma viajem de Setúbal até á Covilhã e chegar a um local e ser tão bem atendido, com simpatia e hospitalidade é reconfortante, ao entrar no quarto o descanso é garantido. O tratamento é personalizado tratando sempre o cliente pelo seu nome. Simplesmente arrebatador, vou voltar...em breve. |

Hotel muito agradável.Parque de estacionamento muito bom,Òptimas áreas de hall com bar de muito conforto para convívio e descanso.Pequeno almoço continental muito bom.Restaurante para jantar com um Buffet Livre muito bem servido.De salientar a mesa de queijos e sobremesas.Quarto muito acolhedor.Ginásio piscina e jacuzzi com musica ambiente muito relaxante. Simpatia e prestabilidade dos colaboradores; Limpeza; Zona de bar acolhedora; Piscina interior / jacuzzi. O banho turco poderia ter talvez condições um pouco melhores: Um bengaleiro mais próprio para colocar roupões e toalhas isoladas umas das outras; O interior do banho estar preparado de forma a não caírem gotas em cima das pessoas. São pequenos pormenores, pq no geral gostei. |

Fácil localização e parqueamento rápidos acessos. Ambiente confortável e descontraído.Pessoal simpático e disponível. O cheiro de canalização no wc deverá ser melhorado. Poderá ser um problema do quarto em questão uma vez que não foi uma situação permanente ao longo da estadia e em ambos os quartos reservados. |
