- Gentillesse et disponibilité du personnel de salle et chambre (c'est le même). J'ai dû changer de chambre (chauffage déficient) et celà s'est bien passé - professionnalisme du réceptioniste - propreté - petit déjeuner très correct: avec les 'tremble eggs' (non facturés) réalisé par la femme de chambre "comme à la maison" on approche du sans faute brunch international - Le personnel ne parle pas ou très peu français, anglais ou allemand et mes connaissances du Portugais..!!!! - les chambres sont très, très (trop...) petites pour 2 adultes. - la télé est carrément nulle - le chauffage par soufflerie est pénible et bruyant. Il empêche de dormir vraiment - dommage qu'on ne puisse pas trouver du beurre non salé (avec le croissant c'est "spécial"). - à conseiller du vrai jus de fruit, et des vrais fruits natures (à Tabua ils les laissent pourrir par terre...) à la place de l'espèce de bouillon clair au goût orange et de la salade fruits 'pas très jolie - jolie..)

Personeel was aardig Verouderd tapijt op kamer was los badkamer had geen verwarming en de rest vd kamers minimaal! Zwembad is super klein en slecht onderhouden, fitnessapparatuur was roest en stuk ontbijt was minimaal, ziek geworden van fruit uit blik ? wifi met minimale sterkte, kon net niet skypen

Os quartos são o suficiente para um fim de semana, tem um bom pequeno almoço, o ambiente é muito agradável e acolhedor. Tem uma piscina e um pequeno ginásio onde se pode relaxar um pouco. No rés- do chão tem um bar para quem pretende ouvir musica, beber um copo e conversar um pouco neste ambiente. É um hotel que a nosso ver merecia mais uma estrela do que aquelas que já tem.

Gostei de tudo, excelente relação preço-qualidade. 5 estrelas A alcatifa deveria ser retirada, está velha e com bolhas. Algum ruído até às 3 da madrugada fruto da pouca insonorização do bar/discoteca nas traseiras do hotel.

Preço acessível, asseio do wc e de roupas, cama confortável. Barulho fora de horas, isto é, depois da meia-noite; alguns hospedes seriam pouco civicos (denotei que eram estrangeiros). O quarto cheirava um pouco mal, talvez por estar fechado há muito tempo?! A tv apanhava apenas 3 canais.

Boa localização e pequeno almoço bom. Quarto com falta de manutenção, cama a fazer muitos barulhos, decoração muito pobre, tv fora de moda, todo o hotel a precisar de renovação. Fotografias do hotel desatualizadas e enganadoras.

Prettige ligging v.w.b het centrum. Heerlijk rustige kamer. Ontbijt goed verzorgd en vriendelijk personeel. Prijs/kwaliteitverhouding prima. Aanrader.
