In realta ' e' un tre stelle molto molto vecchio

La gentilezza e disponibilità di tutto il personale ed il confort delle camere. Ottima anche la posizione geografica.

Manca la soluzione all inclusive, ottima per il viaggio con bambini

The hotel is in the most magnificent beauty spot overlooking a cove. This is not a beach for swimming on at all as it's not safe. I would recommend a sea view room, it's really well worth the extra couple of quid. We went in early may and the hotel was relatively quiet with few people around but it was nice & so relaxing. The staff members are really nice and would do anything to help you. The breakfasts are good but the bar drink is very dear €6 for a malibu & juice but The lunch menu is a good price about €8 for a bowl of pasta. The location of the hotel is about 5 mins from the town by foot which is on a hill. The town has lots of restuartants to choose from and loads of bars too. Overall if you r looking for a relaxing holiday as a couple or with kids this is a really good spot. You do get value for money.

The hotel is very dated. It must have been built in the 60s and hasn't really changed since. That said the place and all rooms are kept spotless but if u are looking for a modern room this is not the place for you. I know there are many modern hotels that we could have chose from but most of these are golf resorts in the middle of nowhere. We went with these because of the location and it was well worth it. No wifi but free Internet pcs in the lobby which is handy. This hotel seems like a good spot for someone with kids too.

The f & b facilites overlooking the veiws. Buffet style dining. Outdoor facilites. Swisscom access to the internet x free paper. Carparking availability. Helpful staff at the front desk. Friendy (most) staff at the f&b outlets. Grounds staff efforts on a daily basis. Staff who helped Resident with a lounge chair at the poolside.

The bedrooms and particular the bathroom: Very Tired and must be a challenge for accomodation staff to be proud of the efforts they make as daily chore. Aircon needs upgrading in the bedroom.

Good grade to the service means only missing entertainment and animation which otherwise would help mix and commute more - and to consume long drinks more! I will leave highly positive review on tripadvisor! There's nothing to remark since they are smooth operator in every single respect.

Location of the hotel is stunning. The view from the room is absolutely fantastic, looking out to the hotel pool below, the caves in the cove and the Atlantic below with a variety of boats and ships sailing by.The pools are clean and the grounds well maintained. There are plenty of sun loungers for those wishing to sunbathe split over three different levels all looking out into the cove. The cove below is accessible by a stone stair case but the beach area below is not really large enough to use. A very picturesque setting. There is a wide selection of food served to suit all tastes. The dining area over looks the cove. There is a restaurant at pool level which serves light snacks/meals for lunch. There is a lovely relaxed atmosphere about the area. The staff were all very helpful and polite. The spa treatments are value for money and there is the option to have treatments outside on the sunset level overlooking the bay at its highest point. The hotel run a shuttle bus to Carvoeiro 3 times a day, 15 min walk to village.

Bit noisy, seemed to be the plumbing. Very hard bed.

The location was superb, the staff were so helpful and anxious to please, giving excellent information on local amenities etc. The view from our room could not be beaten, unbroken views of the Atlantic ocean and the food was excellent. Highly recommend the Tivoli

The views from the sea view rooms are fantastic. The rooms themselves work very well for families and are sizeable. We were 2 adults and 2 children and the room was ca. 30 sqm which was fine. Breakfast was very good although a broader range hot items would have been better.

Noisy air conditioning. Dated interior design albeit the room was spotless and well maintained. Not much else to add.

Very good location. Nearby Carvoeiro Village, walking distance good enough for a small walk after dinner. In the midle distance between Sesmarias Beach and Carvoeiro Beach. Also with a very nice privat beach, that can be used when the sea is at lower, or as a swimming pool when the sea is at maximum. Nearby there are very nice restaurantes, one of it is a lovers gastronomy diamant (name Pimenta Preta, within 200 meters from the hotel). Outstanding place for sea and beach lovers. I will be back very soon!

Only it did not have fresh orange juice at the bars and restaurants of the hotel, and Algarve is well know for its oranges.

Excellent pool area and access to beach - sea. Large hotel with activites for children.

Looked to stay another 2 nights with sea view but were unable to provide room with sea view. The existing room was quite small and stuffy particularly when we had to pay for 2 rooms for 2 children. The rooms with sea views looked realy good.
