Vicino al centro (10 minuti a piedi dall'hotel alla piazza principale). Rumorosissimo: molte camere danno sulla strada, sempre trafficata, e l'insonorizzazione lascia molto a desiderare. |

hotel in buona posizione..staff gentile e disponibile.Servizio parking puntuale e gratuito.camera molto spaziosa. l'hotel necessita di una seria ristrutturazione.bagno ampio ma non certo bello nè confortevole. |

Ho apprezzato l'ampiezza della stanza, la pulizia e l'efficienza dello staff alla reception, nonchè la posizione davvero centrale, a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro storico. Altro aspetto positivo di questo hotel è stata la possibilità di avere potuto parcheggiare al coperto l'auto senza nulla pagare. Il personale cortese della reception, in pochissimi minuti ti parcheggia e ti recupera l'auto. |

The staff at the Tivoli were very helpful which included parking our car, and taking bags to room as the room was not available upon our arrival, while we went sightseeing. They also helped in printing driving directions and map on the Internet in English for our travel to next city and hotel. |

the gym facilities are only available after 8:30 am on week days and later on weekends... for most of us that are early birds and do exercise before 8 am...it certainly was a pain. |

On arrival we were offered the chance to upgrade, for a small fee, to a top floor refurbished room. The room and the bathroom were modern, stylish and on trend. The beds were so comfortable. The rooms on the city side also have amazing views of the University, on the hill. The city is full of character and charm so do put it on your itinerary. |

Our room at Tivoli Coimbra was spacious and fairly well-equipped. The room was clean, cool at night and the bed was good. Furthermore, the hotel is whithin walking distance from the city centre (Coimbra isn't that big). The room's style was quite out of date. Tivoli did offer the comfort of a four star hotel, but we chose it relying on the photos and discription on the website and booking. There, the rooms looked state of the art and facilities such as rainshowers were mentioned. Actually, this is what you get only when you book a superior room (to be fair, there was an lcd television set on our room). This is quite misleading. So, Tivoli is a decent hotel, not less, but certainly not more. |

The hotel is very close to de city. The room is very big, but also old. Need a renovation. There is a parking service that really works and it is included at the room price. It is a old hotel that needs a urgent renovation. The room smell bad when we arrived. But it was relativelly clean. |
