удобно расположен, в пределах 10 минут пешком до исторического центра, чистый, удобная парковка. шумный, так как под окном проходит дорога. Нет бесплатного доступа к WI - FI интернету |

Дружелюбный персонал, хорошая парковка, завтрак вкусный. Специальный человек поможет с багажом и припаркует машину. Бассейн неинтересный (слегка совковый даже), зато джакузи отличное. Ещё есть сауны и тренажерный зал, но времени посетить не было. Отличный небольшой отель. То, что надо, для небольшой остановки в этом городе. Центр города (университет) в пешей доступности. WiFi платный, в холле стационарный компьютер (можете позаимствовать его сетевой кабель, но не злоупотребляйте :) |

The staff at the Tivoli were very helpful which included parking our car, and taking bags to room as the room was not available upon our arrival, while we went sightseeing. They also helped in printing driving directions and map on the Internet in English for our travel to next city and hotel. |

the gym facilities are only available after 8:30 am on week days and later on weekends... for most of us that are early birds and do exercise before 8 am...it certainly was a pain. |

The position of the Hotel is very good, near to the city center. The room was very clean and the breakfast excellent. Impossible to complain. |

On arrival we were offered the chance to upgrade, for a small fee, to a top floor refurbished room. The room and the bathroom were modern, stylish and on trend. The beds were so comfortable. The rooms on the city side also have amazing views of the University, on the hill. The city is full of character and charm so do put it on your itinerary. |

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, there was a good choice of breakfast food, and the staff were very helpful and multilingual. The price was very low considering the high quality. |

Our room at Tivoli Coimbra was spacious and fairly well-equipped. The room was clean, cool at night and the bed was good. Furthermore, the hotel is whithin walking distance from the city centre (Coimbra isn't that big). The room's style was quite out of date. Tivoli did offer the comfort of a four star hotel, but we chose it relying on the photos and discription on the website and booking. There, the rooms looked state of the art and facilities such as rainshowers were mentioned. Actually, this is what you get only when you book a superior room (to be fair, there was an lcd television set on our room). This is quite misleading. So, Tivoli is a decent hotel, not less, but certainly not more. |

The hotel is very close to de city. The room is very big, but also old. Need a renovation. There is a parking service that really works and it is included at the room price. It is a old hotel that needs a urgent renovation. The room smell bad when we arrived. But it was relativelly clean. |

Could not get an iron, why???, Room service menu had limited choice, food was of poor quality. Mattress not very comfortable. More lights in the room please. |

Da tranquilidade do hotel. Não se houve muito barulho. Os funcionários foram afáveis. Só achei que as intalações são um bocado antigas, comparando com outros hotéis onde estive recentemente e também classificados com 4 estrelas.O pequeno almoço deveria estar incluído . |

Funcionários bastante simpáticos e prestáveis Um hotel já um pouco datado. O que menos gostei no quarto foi da casa de banho. Triste e fria, lembrando-me mais as casas de banho dos hóteis nos anos 80/90 do que 2009. A rede Tivoli tem este problema. Há hóteis modernos e outros a precisar de intervenção para coerência de rede. |

hotel funcional, com condições para ser muito bom, mas a necessitar de obras de actualização em alguns quartos Decoração muito datada, embora tenha vindo a remodelar-se aos poucos. Persianas nos quartos é incompreensível, com o barulho que fazem de manhã ou à noite, além de não fecharem em condições. E fácil de resolver. |

Localização e estacionamento Cheiro a tabaco. Mesmo mudando do quarto 320 para o 420 o cheiro a tabaco era insuportável. Inacreditável para zona de não fumadores.e eu sou fumador. |

confort de la habitación, situación respecto al centro urbano. Sí. En la web aparece una habitación doble que no se corresponde con la realidad. Resulta que la última planta ha sido remodelada y lucen más la habitaciones que las de los pisos inferiores que necesitan una remodelación inmediata. |
