An excellent hotel in the centre of Lisbon but nevertheless very quiet. Very helpful staff, comfortable room and (unusually for a city hotel) a very good restaurant. Good value at the Bookings rate |

The decor of the hotel was exceptional, including the reception, restaurant and the bedroom. Food and drink was expensive. |

very quiet hotel, yet close to the main area of interest, good big rooms, free internet, could do with a hair dryer in room, staff are friendly but they could give one a little more help on how to get around, maybe give one a map,not just say go out the door and turn right. i also thought it was a bit over price. |

this is just the perfect hotel for a stay in Lisbon. Never experienced such nice and helpful staff at reception, restaurant and pool. Very interestingly designed hotel, lovely pool, everything just perfect. |

Very comfortable rooms and excellent service from all the staff made our stay very enjoyable. Rooms were well appointed and tastefully decorated. Efficient air con was also welcome. Work being carried out in the car park was a little noisy, although didn't disturb us too much. |

The location is excellent and the staff is very nice. Good breakfast. There was some kind of problem with power that day. No electricty in the room when we arrived. Later , the lifts were not working. And the bathroom, although nice and clean, has an awful design and no room for your legs when you sit at the loo. |

Most of all, I loved the bed. I don´t like the policy regarding Internet access; I believe that this kind of service should be covered by the normal room taxes, once it is not something that costs too much. |

A large, calm, quiet and well run hotel with discreet & helpful staff very well located for the centre of Lisbon. With good facilities including an outside pool. Well designed & well kept rooms. I did not like having to sign in triplicate before being allowed to take a self service breakfast. They need a much better system than this in a hotel of this quality. |

Staff were friendly, good location and clean. There was some building work going on but it only started early one morning out of three so not too bad. The hotel bar actually closed at 12.30am on our last night which I thought was odd. Bathroom very small. |

A feeling of oppulence. Very stylish modern decor. Really clean room with comfortable bed and much appreciated air conditioning. Some confusion over the mini bar. In our case and that of our friends they believed we had used items which we had not. Perhaps because we used it to store water. Shame that the coffee in the room had to be paid for. Free tea and coffee is something to which the British are accustomed. |

It was within walking distance to the city centre The view from our room was of the car park. Tea and coffee in the room is charged at mini bar rates. |

The hotel public area was spacious and the room cleanliness was very good and suprisingly the balcony was also cleaned daily . The room contained too much furniture for the space available and the bathroom fittings, while being "cutting edge", were not very practical. Have you ever tried to use a square bidet? Also ther was no grab handle for the bath which made using the shower dangerous as the bath was slippery and in my room the exit from the bath was restricted by the bidet. |

The hotel had been thoroughly renovated a short time ago. This was our second stay at the hotel and we especially like its location. The city center is close by. A tractor started excavating at the hotels premises early in the morning even on saturday, waking up everybody staying at the hotel. |

Breakfast. Hotel staff. Free parking. Room size. Localization. Needs to be taken care, to make last year's intervention last. |
