room is comfortable and trendy
Have to pay for wifi for every device!!! Breakfast was not worth the price
The proximity to the centre of Lisboa. The comfort of the beds. The quietness of the room. The availability of the pool. The proximity of quiet shady squares and pleasnt cafes.
The noise from the air-con units located in the car park. The view of the car park. The Olivier Restaurant which did not represent good value for money.
Quiet seamless service. Staff very helpful. Excellent location. Bountiful breakfasts in their attractive dining room. Comfortable well-equipped rooms.
Square handles on shower faucets...not made for human hands, but a small concern!
Location s superb, central and at the same time, quiet. Breakfast had a wonderful selection.
Breakfast could start a bit earlier, say 6:30 a.m. (it starts at seven), I had a plane to catch and had to hurry.
Rooms, service location
Would have liked a comfortable bar or lounge.
air con machinery noise. room needs general maintenance badly
Location, breakfast, pool, comfortable beds
Perfect location for visiting the city Nice large and comfortable rooms, including the beds. Feather pillows available. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice outdoor pool with bar.
Nothing negative, our stay was very pleasant.
Bad bad information
Windows are old and rooms overlook 25 air conditioning units! 15 euros for Internet Access per day is ridiculous! It is 2014 no one charges for internet anymore. Nice staff though.
the location of the hotel and we had booked a superior room which was very comfortable
no free WiFi in the room and quite expensive if you wished to use WiFi
the pool. location closed to Lisbonne downtown
Noisy fans in front of the hotel, can not stay in the room with open window . i had the airport shuttle booked the shuttle never came i had to call the hotel to get it fixed
bed is good
the rooms are small airco not strong enough
Located in quiet side street of avenue Libertad. Relaxing pool area. Good bed and nice room.
Expensive breakfast but enough alternatives close to the hotel. Pool area is a bit small.
The location was excellent and the rooms were very comfortable and clean. The outside pool was wonderful in the hot summer weather, and the hotel parking was convenient and easy to get to. Very convenient hotel for Lisbon, which is a beautiful city.
Having to pay for coffee in your room. Having gone to the Sky Bar (there were 6 of us) and paid a large amount for cocktails, being told we couldn't drink them there, because the hotel had a corporate event booked and we couldn't stay there!
The hotel is great, whit a nice helpful staff and the bed was so good. However, their environmental focus should be improved.
The swimming pool was brilliant with lovely bar staff & great double rattan loungers
Noise from air con units in next building
Having to pay for wifi
Room was very clean and comfortable, pool lovely
The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was very good.
The bedroom carpet was badly stained and put us off the hotel. There were tea bags and coffee but no milk or creamer in the room.
Very good desk staff Location close to Avenida
Generally a badly managed hotel. They don't allocate rooms until you arrive which meant that our group of four were all on different floors and the most important person in our party ended up with a gloomy first floor room that faced on to a blank wall - she chose to upgrade. On a previous visit, arriving at 10.00pm I was given a room that hadn't been cleaned and made up. Housekeeping was casual. I came back twice to find my room door wide open (as well as those of other rooms in the corridor) and the chambermaid working elsewhere. Seems she left them open so she could hoover them all together. The rooms are a triumph of design over comfort - which means nowhere to put your toilet bag or even shower gel and sitting on the loo with your knees under your chin because the toilet is so close to the shower. We were told that we would have to pay 15 euros a day for wifi in the rooms unless we signed up to the travel club of which the hotel forms part. Finally, though the proximity to the Avenida da Liberdade is great - prospective guests should be warned that the front of the hotel is quite noisy in hot wreather because of the airconditioning units in neighbourng offices and a generator beside it. Not much relaxing on the balcony.
I was upgraded to Tivoli Lisbon.
Good four star. Worth paying little extra for superior room as bigger bed and room area with balcony. Location is excellent, 50 yards from main avenue in city centre
Nothing. Room service closed after midnight !! I tried to order something and told me they were closed !!
Poor room service
