Score from 1762 reviews Excellent
Perfect location for visiting the city Nice large and comfortable rooms, including the beds. Feather pillows available. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice outdoor pool with bar.
Nothing negative, our stay was very pleasant.
the location of the hotel and we had booked a superior room which was very comfortable
no free WiFi in the room and quite expensive if you wished to use WiFi
bed is good
the rooms are small airco not strong enough
Located in quiet side street of avenue Libertad. Relaxing pool area. Good bed and nice room.
Expensive breakfast but enough alternatives close to the hotel. Pool area is a bit small.
The location was excellent and the rooms were very comfortable and clean. The outside pool was wonderful in the hot summer weather, and the hotel parking was convenient and easy to get to. Very convenient hotel for Lisbon, which is a beautiful city.
Having to pay for coffee in your room. Having gone to the Sky Bar (there were 6 of us) and paid a large amount for cocktails, being told we couldn't drink them there, because the hotel had a corporate event booked and we couldn't stay there!
The hotel is great, whit a nice helpful staff and the bed was so good. However, their environmental focus should be improved.
The swimming pool was brilliant with lovely bar staff & great double rattan loungers
Noise from air con units in next building
Having to pay for wifi
Room was very clean and comfortable, pool lovely
The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was very good.
The bedroom carpet was badly stained and put us off the hotel. There were tea bags and coffee but no milk or creamer in the room.
Very good desk staff Location close to Avenida
Generally a badly managed hotel. They don't allocate rooms until you arrive which meant that our group of four were all on different floors and the most important person in our party ended up with a gloomy first floor room that faced on to a blank wall - she chose to upgrade. On a previous visit, arriving at 10.00pm I was given a room that hadn't been cleaned and made up. Housekeeping was casual. I came back twice to find my room door wide open (as well as those of other rooms in the corridor) and the chambermaid working elsewhere. Seems she left them open so she could hoover them all together. The rooms are a triumph of design over comfort - which means nowhere to put your toilet bag or even shower gel and sitting on the loo with your knees under your chin because the toilet is so close to the shower. We were told that we would have to pay 15 euros a day for wifi in the rooms unless we signed up to the travel club of which the hotel forms part. Finally, though the proximity to the Avenida da Liberdade is great - prospective guests should be warned that the front of the hotel is quite noisy in hot wreather because of the airconditioning units in neighbourng offices and a generator beside it. Not much relaxing on the balcony.
I was upgraded to Tivoli Lisbon.
Good four star. Worth paying little extra for superior room as bigger bed and room area with balcony. Location is excellent, 50 yards from main avenue in city centre
Nothing. Room service closed after midnight !! I tried to order something and told me they were closed !!
Poor room service
Beds and location
location;very clean hotel
expensive internet, small room,
I liked the modern simplicity of the hotel rooms. Would have liked to be able to be able to make a cup of tea in our room when waking up in the morning in with the price. Also a choice of either you have a full price breakfast, or just a small breakfast.for less euros.
see what I have already commented on. I find that if I have eaten a meal late the night before that you cannot eat a full 3/4 course breakfast in the morning. The shower was also a bit difficult to get in and out of.
Nice bathroom and we also liked the small private terrace.
No wi-fi included in a 4 star hotel! Very unusual. Price was 15EUR per day per unit is also too high. I had also expected a bar/lounge area.
The central location. Friendliness and helpfulness of all staff. Excellent breakfast. Comfortable room
Since I last stayed in the hotel a few years ago it has been completely modernised and I don't like it. The room was comfortable but not practical. Too dark with mirrors and lighting in the wrong places.
the location, staff helpful and friendly
despite the problem being "fixed" the room we were in lost power three times, on the third time we changed rooms
amenities in the room
Por maintenance - TV not working - Missing bath towels
Loved the service (we were offered a complimentary sparkling wine and delicious macaroon as it was our anniversary). Staff very friendly and helpful. Location is absolutely perfect for shopping, good seafood restaurants nearby.
Having to leave so soon
the location is good.
the room is too small to a family with child.
Perfect food & location, professional staff, especially receptionist Alina-she was very helpfull
The hotel seems to be rather old, needs renovation
