Ideal location for city visit, very pleasant environment On arrival we were not given any information about hotle facilities eg swiming pool, use of facilities at 'sister' hotel. Didn't feel that 'superior' was a very accurate description of room. |

The decor was good and so was the breakfast The bedroom and bathroom where small, and not a lot of wardrobe space, the suitcase holder made it difficult to get from the bedroom to the bathroom or just out of the room. this room would be fine for over-night stay but not for 4 day break |

The sunny and complete breakfast environment, the clean design rooms (you need to add a hook in the bathrooms), the knowledgeable and helpful desk staff, the pool oasis. We were able to walk to local restaurants, metro stops, and stores with ease. Centrally located between the steep sections of the city made it easy to get around. and taxis were available when we were exhausted. |

Comfotable room. Convenient location. Good breakfast. Charge of 1euro 50c for a cup of tea or coffee in the room. Poor bathroom design - no handrails, taps very high. Safe not at all safe as it was not secured. |

The rooms have been reburbish and the common areas are nice.The location is good The air conditioning in the room is just for show. ..Does not work properly..Very, very hot and impossible to sleep!!! |

Location The hotel was just reopened and wasn't quite finished. The staff in was fairly inexperienced and the service in the restaurant was quite bad. The breakfast buffet was poor. The size of the single room tiny. Hairdryer missing at first. No decent hotel bar to have a drink and relax. |

very modern design of the room, great location, very nice and helpful staff (e.g. my friend got a cold, they went to the chemist and didn't charge her for the medicine at all), great breakfast, beautiful outdoor pool in the garden with comfortable sun beds. the renovation of some other floors of the hotel was desturbing a bit |
