Convenient location at the better end of the algarve. Quiet and well run.

Quirky layout which gave a different perspective around every corner. Loved the lounges and seating areas tucked away in every corner. Lived up to its reputation as a good city centre accommodaation with access to all amenities near to hand. Food was plentiful,varied,well prepared and presented but a little bland for my taste

My bed was too hard for my arthritic bones to enjoy Have been catching up on lost sleep since my return home.

The location, near to golf courses , bars and restaurants.

The attitude of some of the staff was poor.

I liked the location of the hotel.The staff were friendly and it was good value for money .I would recommend it to a friend.

Rooms were just about adequate.Beds not so comfortable.

Já tinha estado no tivoli lagos, é um excelente hotel, com uma boa localização. Os funcionários, com algumas excepções são pouco atenciosos, podemos passar pela recepção muitas vezes sem receber um cumprimento de qualquer especie, no bar podemos ficar á espera sem nenhum cumprimento, no meu caso estava sozinho a cerca de 1 metro da funcionária, dise bomdia bem alto, pedindo depois num tom um bocado mais forte fui servido pela funcionária sem um unico som. Resumindo o hotel é excelente, mas precisa de fazer algum trabalho junto dos funcionários, a maioria quando nos dirijiamos directamente, eram eficientes nas informações. Recomendo o hotel e que todos os clientes façam a critica ao modo de relacionamento dos funcionários com os clientes.

Exception value for money.We stay here in January for golf in the low season. The hoel is very comfortable and the indoor pool is a great asset.The location is within 10-15 minutes walk of a number of restaurants. The hotel offers a golf booking service which does does arrange some good discounts.

The games room does require some form of heating.

Very good location, good food, overall quite satisfied.

The hotel in general and the room was spotlessly clean and the staff were both friendly and extremely efficient. The buffet breakfast was excellent - everything you can imagine and lots of it !! The hotel is very well placed as well - just a short walk into the main area of the town for shops and restaurants and plenty of choice when you get there. We would certainly go again.

One small problem, and I know we're not the first to pick up on it, the beds are really not good. Unbelievably noisy for some reason and very hard. We did overcome this to a degree by putting blankets underneath the bottom sheet. It didn't spoil our stay I must say, but we didn't sleep very well.
