Staff, service, location were all good. Couldn't really find fault with the hotel.

If there was one thing, the beds were really uncomfortable. Not sure anything could have been done about that though!

It was very old fashioned. VERY expensive food and drinks. Not very clean. Really not 4 star

The character, the spaciousness of public areas, the large bedroom, the swimming pool and the friendliness of the staff.

The bedroom (1415) is a little "tired". The edges of the bath were rusty and the bottoms of the door architrave were worn. However everything worked and it was kept very clean.

I liked the interior lay out, the inviting seating areas on the mezzanine ploor and the friendly bar staff. You could always talk to someone or be totally left alone if you wanted to be. Very relaxing.

Front desk staff were not welcoming nor helpful. Almost felt as if we were a pain and they couldn't be bothered by simple questions. Did not even say goodbye or thank you in response to us expressing thanks after we checked out. Very rude

Breakfast was nice, with enough dishes to choose from. Interior pool and jaccuzzi were ok.

We had some ants in our closet.

Very interesting and unique setup of the hotel with cosy gardens and roofs. Great breakfast in a beautifull room. Staff very efficient and friendly. Several interesting activities promoted by the hotel in the evenings such as Wine tasting, live music in the bar with good quality and a very positive atmosphere. Parking garage with a reasonable cost. Walking distance to the city centre, marina and some beaches is very practical!

Twin beds in Standard twin rooms are separated by a fix piece of furnitures and therefore cannot be joined together.

got bit 3 times by mosquitos in my room 1108. my room being flooded with rain water and no proper apology from management.

The hotel location; close to beaches, restuarants and harbour.Reasonably priced; value for money. Friendly staff.

The exterior could do with a paint job.

Central location , easy access to restaurants, bars etc. Public areas are bright and well maintained.

Room decor needs a coat of paint and new bathroom. Dinner buffet in Lacobriga restaurant was very poor quality.

Good location. Excellent staff. Splendid rooms. BBC1, BBC News and BBC Radio 5 Live on TV. Very good buffet breakfast. Bus shuttle to/from hotel's own beach and bar.

Pedestrian access is challenging for those of us with limited mobility (bad knees). Bed's mattress was too soft.

Less availibility of the indoor pool but no worse than Vile Gale.

I have stayed there a few times and more or les for me it does the job.

When booking last year for this year I specifically asked for a high room and when I got there they put me at a very low level,when I asked at reception they said they couldn't accommodate me even though the hotel certainly was not fully booked.dissapointed in that.

The position of the hotel is excellent where it is it is right in the middle of everything from the marina to the bars and restaurants we were visiting the area for the first time lots to do in area.

I feel that this hotel is ready for a refurb the rooms are dated and feel that the rooms on booking are not like that on this web site the indoor pool area is dated as well and feel that the cost for room that there is many more nicer hotels in the area for less money.
