Parties communes de l'hotel bien. Bon petit déjeuner buffet, très large choix. Espace piscine très agréable, adapté aux enfants. Chambre et salle de bain propres. Personnel d'accueil du pdj très gentil. Très bon emplacement dans la ville. Parking gratuit pratique mais vite saturé. Personnel de réception peu souriant (check in)...le "check out" a été un peu meilleur. Problème de climatisation dans la chambre à l'arrivée, le personnel n'a pas voulu nous croire...Changement de chambre le lendemain, mais chambre à l'étage inférieur en rez de chaussée, peu de lumière. Nourriture à l'espace piscine un peu limite au niveau qualité et quantité (viande du hamburger mauvaise), personnel moyen, peu rapide. Accès hotel non indiqué dans la ville. |

Les installations sont très bonnes et l'hotel est très bien situé. Le personnel est accueillant et serviable. Le petit déjeuner très copieux. Il n'est pas normal de devoir payer l'accès à la salle de remise en forme, le sauna et le bain turc!!!! Le club de la plage facture 10 euros le transat, alors que c'est une extension de l'hotel! |

le petit déjeuner ! la situation et la décoration de l'hotel la chambre avec 2 lits a été remplacée par une chambre à un lit double plus petite et de moindre qualité. |

The room was spacious and nice, very clean bathroom. Excellent breakfast. The hotel is close to public transportation (bus, train) and the city center. Suitable location also for a woman travelling alone, the walk back from the center after dinner was safe. The fitted carpet in the room was not very "fresh". Long distance between the room and reception/entrance, with some stairs, too. People with restrictions to move around should mention it when making reservation. |

Very good hotel, good amenities, excellent pool, lounge, breakfast area, good location. We had a penthouse suite and the bathroom was very small and totally inadequate with not enough room for two people, only one very small handbasin. No wi-fi available. |

The hotel is situated an easy 5 minute walk to the centre of Lagos. It has an outstanding beach location which is reached by shuttle bus. Some of the bedrooms need a face-lift. |

Good value for money, convenient location, fairly well organized (bus to Meia Praia and free sunbeds at the beach) Our room was ok but a bit stuffy, staff are nice and professional, but could make a little effort to be more smiling and friendly |

the proximity to Lagos, the free shuttle to go to the beach, the breakfast, the pool it was a little bit on the expensive side. only one roll of toilet paper in the room each time. |

The hotel have 4 stars at the moment but I think that it should only have 3 stars. In a 4 star hotel the personal is polite, and service minded. The breakfast is with always fresh fruit and different cheese. The room does not smell cloak and the safe key will be included in room cost and not charge 3€/ day. |

Room small but very comfortable. Clean and well kept pool. Room a long walk from reception and pool area - you have to remember to take everything with you otherwise it's a hike to and from your room. |

I found the staff very polite and very helpful. They went out of their way to help make my birthday a great one! There was also alot of evening entertainment in the hotel - barbeque on the roof, a jazz player and they also organised a cruise for us, The buffet breakfast was excellent too! No complaints what so ever! Our room was clean and comfortable and we had a good view. The only tiny thing, which is more of an observation, was that the bathroom looked a bit clinical; like a hospital bathroom and could do with some bright colours, other than than that everything was fine |

Loads of Portuguese character in comfort. Left feeling rested & very well rounded in terms of a holiday with a bit of everything without any extremes. Would recommend it to anyone generally as a great place to stay. |

Free shuttle to beach club and the beach club was nice. The in town location to restaurants etc. was helpful. hidden charges and the staff was not very helpful with questions. when we checked in they did not tell us info about hotel (towels, shuttle to beach and safe info) They said they were a green minded hotel -yet they have disposable plastic cups at the pool ( instead of re-usable plastic cups) |

Centrally located, The Tivoli Hotel Lagos offers a tremendous base to explore South Western Algarve. The hotel has first rate facilities and offers very good value for money. We chose to stay on a B&B basis which was probably the right choice given the ample selection of eateries availabe in Lagos and surrounding areas |

The staff was excellent - pleasant, helpful and gave good advice for dinners and things to do while in Lagos. Wish the use of some of the amenities was not fee-based. Use should be free if you are staying in the hotel - especially off-season. |
