La cortesia dello staff. l'ho scelto anche per la piscina ma non era segnalato da nessuna parte che era in ristrutturazione e che comunque è accessibile da giugno : la Spa e aperta solo per fine anno. |

I managed to get a good rate during off-peak travel period, so it makes the whole proposition very good. The room was very large by European standards, very comfortable. Very good location - short walk to the old centre of Lisbon, and very close to a Metro station. Very good, prompt and polite service. Was surprised that they did not give any complimentary bottled water though a kettle was supplied together with instant coffee. |

Great Location, and quality hotel overall Roof top bar was closed for the season on October 1st which was disappointing because it was a nice sunny day |

Luxuriously comfortable and deserving of its five stars. Its outdoor swimming pool and 'Sky Bar' are excellent facilities and its central location means you can easily walk to restaurants and shops. For travel further afield, taxis,buses, and the Metro are very near. |

The service at the hotel was excellent: formal, but friendly, and super-efficient. The pool area was lovely, with fresh towels supplied and very confortable sunbeds. The hotel is very close to a metro stop, and is walking distance from many of the main attractions. We had one problem during our stay, but this was resolved quickly and courteously when we checked out - couldn't ask for better service! |

Centrally located and close to shops, restaurants and all the sights. Beautiful hotel and very friendly and capable staff who went out of their way to meet our every need and make us feel welcome. We would definitely stay here again. |

Hotel Service, cleanliness and peaceful atmosphere; restaurant at the top I believe paying a reduced price did influence the fact of not getting a room higher than the 1st floor (saying there were no QS bed available); actually I might have had an individual room (although exterior) instead of a double; and also not being able to have a late check out when the hotel was obviously far from full (they said thar particular room was occupied). |

Alles was correct 1 uurtje internet ad 10 euro vind ik wel heel erg duur,terwijl het in de bussines ruimte gratis is, doch daar kun je je eigen taptop niet met wifi gebruiken. |

No estoy para nada satisfecha. El precio de la habitación es de un 5 *****, sin embargo, la habitación asignada se encuentra en la parte del hotel no reformada (la habitación es antiquísima y característica de un hotel de 3 estrellas, sin embargo pagas la categoría de 5. No lo recomiendo, malísima relación calidad precio. Únicamente pagando un suplemento bastante alto pudimos acceder a una habitación apropiada a la categoría de un 5 estrellas. |

Alting fungerer perfekt på dettet hotel, servicen er helt i top, og alle er imødekommende og venlige. Hotellet ligger centralt i Lissabon, der er en kort gåtur downtown, og der er metrostation tæt ved hotellet. |

Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk en reageert direct en goed op klachten. De kamers zijn goed geïsoleerd en er is geen geluid uit andere kamers of de gang hoorbaar. Mooie uitzicht over de stad vanuit de sky-bar op het dak. Van minder belang, echter geen overbodige luxe in zomers Lissabon: Het zwembad is vrij klein en heeft een zeer beperkt aantal ligbedden. |
