La cortesia dello staff. l'ho scelto anche per la piscina ma non era segnalato da nessuna parte che era in ristrutturazione e che comunque è accessibile da giugno : la Spa e aperta solo per fine anno. |

The service at the hotel was excellent: formal, but friendly, and super-efficient. The pool area was lovely, with fresh towels supplied and very confortable sunbeds. The hotel is very close to a metro stop, and is walking distance from many of the main attractions. We had one problem during our stay, but this was resolved quickly and courteously when we checked out - couldn't ask for better service! |

Centrally located and close to shops, restaurants and all the sights. Beautiful hotel and very friendly and capable staff who went out of their way to meet our every need and make us feel welcome. We would definitely stay here again. |

Hotel Service, cleanliness and peaceful atmosphere; restaurant at the top I believe paying a reduced price did influence the fact of not getting a room higher than the 1st floor (saying there were no QS bed available); actually I might have had an individual room (although exterior) instead of a double; and also not being able to have a late check out when the hotel was obviously far from full (they said thar particular room was occupied). |

The girls on redception. They were the nicest I have ever met in a hotel and so kind and helpful when I left my jacket on the train from Faro. They found it for me. The hotel pool was great and the room was good. It had everything to make my stay easy. Also a good position. The beds were hard and uncomfortable and I really did not like the chap on reception when we arrived, tired and hungry, trying to upgrade us for a higher price. It was a hard sell and he just wouldn't leave us alone. |

The room was spacious and the hotel has an excellent location The Hotel is having major improvements done at present and as a result there was no Terrace Dining Room, Gym or Pool Bar. The only Bar was in the Lobby which like the majority of the hotel was subject to contant drilling from 8 30 in the morning until 7pm. This work is supposed to be finished by 18th June but it made our stay at the hotel a very poor experience. Will be good when finished |

Gostei essencialmente da decoração e conforto do hotel em geral e da simpatia de todos os funcionários. Relativamenteao espaço/jardim da piscina julgo que deveria ser melhorado e ter en atenção o nr. insuficiente de mobiliário deste mesmo local. |
