市内観光へのアクセスは比較的良い。部屋はやや狭いながらも清潔。ただしフロントとコンシェルジェのスタッ- フが少なく、なにか聞こうにも結構またされた。

I managed to get a good rate during off-peak travel period, so it makes the whole proposition very good. The room was very large by European standards, very comfortable. Very good location - short walk to the old centre of Lisbon, and very close to a Metro station. Very good, prompt and polite service.

Was surprised that they did not give any complimentary bottled water though a kettle was supplied together with instant coffee.

Luxuriously comfortable and deserving of its five stars. Its outdoor swimming pool and 'Sky Bar' are excellent facilities and its central location means you can easily walk to restaurants and shops. For travel further afield, taxis,buses, and the Metro are very near.

The service at the hotel was excellent: formal, but friendly, and super-efficient. The pool area was lovely, with fresh towels supplied and very confortable sunbeds. The hotel is very close to a metro stop, and is walking distance from many of the main attractions.

We had one problem during our stay, but this was resolved quickly and courteously when we checked out - couldn't ask for better service!

A cordialidade dos funcionarios, onde esta localizado e o restaurante que fica no ultimo andar. Tudo fenomenal.

Esqueceram de nos oferecer um upgrade para a ala nova do hotel. Ficamos na ala antiga, o que estava bem, mas quando estavamos saindo perguntamos se havia uma ala nova, eles disseram que sim, e pediram desculpas por nao oferecerem. A diferenca de preco seria minima e valeria a pena. Ao entrar no hotel, pecam informacao sobre a ala nova quando nao oferecam.

El precio de la habitación es de un 5 *****, sin embargo, la habitación asignada se encuentra en la parte del hotel no reformada (la habitación es antiquísima y característica de un hotel de 3 estrellas, sin embargo pagas la categoría de 5. No lo recomiendo, malísima relación calidad precio. Únicamente pagando un suplemento bastante alto pudimos acceder a una habitación apropiada a la categoría de un 5 estrellas.

Alting fungerer perfekt på dettet hotel, servicen er helt i top, og alle er imødekommende og venlige. Hotellet ligger centralt i Lissabon, der er en kort gåtur downtown, og der er metrostation tæt ved hotellet.
