Nice hall, technical personnel available immediately, generally nice.

Small bathroom, bidet was not functioning properly, problems with tv (we had 2 rooms and there were problems in both), bulbs out in both rooms (one in each). On the other hand they made everything to fix issues asap. One of the rooms was extremely small.

Great value for money. Very large rooms with comfortable beds and bedding. Would definitely return.

No free Wifi in the hotel.

First three nights room was very nice. Remodeled perfect. Come back three days later for one night . Room was small not remodeled not as nice.

Absolutely great attention and professional staff!

Loved the hotel, felt very welcome, although not many other families in this hotel, mainly business people. Loved the lounge area and enjoyed a few cocktails there. Only ate breakfast at the hotel, and this was excellent with plenty of choice and served upto 11am. Restaurants nearby - try Guilty around the corner. Used sightseeing buses and trams around the city and outskirts. Try Bairro Alto area for nightlife and eating, nicer area than the main square.

No complaints about hotel - only Lisbon had lots of beggars and hawkers, so travelling with children is intimidating. Some areas were lovely, others not so. In the main square we were pestered a lot.

Room & Breakfast very good.

Cleaners arrived between 10.00 and 10.30 am to do rooms. We were returning from breakfast to get organised to go out for the day. Turn down service anywhere between 6.00 & 7.00 pm when you were showering etc. On day of checkout, cleaners arrived to our friends room at 8.30 am. Checkout was 12.00 noon. Very annoying.

Staff and location. Particularly door staff who were helpful with taxis for my daughter who needed assistance.

Lack of WiFi in public areas which was advertised on your website. I asked a member of staff but they advised that it is NOT available without payment!! Slightly tired look of some of the hotel - a 'style' refurb would be beneficial.

Although our room was small it was comfortable and given that we paid booking.com rates it was good value but with a rack rate of £440 per night it would be poor value. The staff we superb We had dinner in the restaurant which was superb without being expensive compared with other restaurants in the area

Paying for in room beverages. I see from numerous feed backs that this is a common view so why does the hotel ignore this. Bar prices are high but no higher than 5 star London hotels Choice of television channels was poor. Will stay again but only if the price is right

Breakfast (Continental) costs 17.50 euro per person. Internet (wifi) costs 15.00 euro per 24 hrs. Coffee in the room costs 2.00 euro per cup.

Everyting was great, as per usual.

From the always so friendly doormen, bellhops, barstaff to the good food in the restaurangs. And of course the bar on terrass when the weather is warmer, is very nice. A fantastic view from there.

I think it is time to renovate and expand the pool area. Hope it is done until we go back in August. You should have free internet on the rooms. .

Door keys didn't work, Bulb needed to be replaced in bath and closets, Room was too small to 2 people, You have to pay for coffee in the room made by ourselves. Some of the charges were ridiculous.

Concierge & Front Desk people were very courteous and extremely helpful with referring us to a local authentic restaurant nearby. Their choice was superb ~ Bon Appetit!

Room service was extremely slow!

I am a regular visitor to the Tivoli Hotel. The staff are always extremely personable and helpful. The rooms are a fantastic size if you choose from the Tivoli room upwards. Love the nespresso coffee machines in the rooms, and thought the free Hermes products were a great touch of luxury. The location is superb, right next to the old part of Lisbon with all the gorgeous pavement cafes...including the famous Nicola cafe. I recommend it to all my clients

As I'm English, i would appreciate tea making facilities in the room - that means teabags and UHT milk! I dislike that there is no free water supplied.

It's really very old hotel, I mean everything is very old - beds, doors, furniture and so on

Location is great! Rooms are spacious and clean.

Misscommunication between night staff and morning staff & lost of a package that was delivered to me. Lack of knowledge from concierge regarding children parks and kid friendly activities...

Location on the main avenue was great. The check in and out was very efficient and the room was cleaned very well and very quickly every morning. The small gym was handy too.

We did not eat or drink at the hotel as it was very expensive...

Super comfortable pillows :)
