The hotel was awesome! The location was perfect if you wanted to to Vilamoura. The marina is right there, the casino is across from you, and fabulous restaurants at your diposal! Perfection! Parking was on site and available to hotel guests free of charge. If you had to pay, that was too much. But as guest, it was reassuring that our car would be secured! |

Fantastic hotel. all great. alexandra in TE Experiences was of great help to arrange a perfect sunset dinner on the beach for me . for a suprise to my husband for his birthday.Great location. anything you could want is here. i deff would return to tivoli marina hotel. |

The calm and informal atmosphere, cleanliness and service, comfortable beds and luxury bathroom,the mix of pool and beach, lovely garden to relax. The closure of the chocolate bar, could do with one more restaurant between Buffet and Gourmet, guest use of beach sunbeds without charge (as we only wanted the beach for short periods) as used in the advertising literature giving an impression that it would be included in the taeiffe. |

We went there for a relaxing holiday and thats exactly what we got! I would highly recommend the Spa, the staff are really nice and the massages are fantastic! Oh yeah, it was my birthday while we was staying there, we never told the hotel, i think they got the date of my passport and we had a bottle of wine and birthday cake waiting for us when we got back to the room from a meal which i thought was a really nice touch! :) |

We have stayed in this hotel six times now, on our own and with our sons and grandchilden. The hotel suits all and we look forward to many more stays in the future. |

We would like a territory of thje hotel. The hotel is situited on first line of the beach, which very nice, very clean. The sand is white. We don't like , that when we have do it accomodaition in this hotel, we did point than we would like to have a king size bed and room with see view,..... we haven't anything. |

The hotel has a very relaxed atmosphere, the staff are friendly and helpful. The bedrooms are great but make sure you go for the de-luxe rooms. |

The location of the hotel was excellent with the beech on one side and the marina on the other, which provided access to a selection of good restaurants and bars. Being allocated a twin room when we wanted a double bed. This was resolved qucikly and amicably. |

plenty of sunbeds and parasols, near beach, lovely walks around marina, friendly staff, good tv stations for wet day, good towel service in rooms and poolside. shortage of entertainment, no indoor coffee shop. |

The staff are very friendly and always happy to help with anything you may neeed. Our was great with a few overlooking the pool and beach. Very relaxing, will stay agian next time in Portugal. |

Excellent location and helpful staff, even allowing us a late check out at no extra cost. Clean Pool area with towels supplied and plenty of sunloungers, which were not reserved at 6 am each morning made a nice change!! |

The hotel staff is very service oriented and friendly. The restaurants are of good quality, easpicially Pepper's. The location in the Marina of Vilamoura is very good. The entrance of the hotel is very nice and recently renovated but the room was very outdated. The garden, swimming pools and beach club look poor and do not match with a five star hotel. I guess the hotel is working on this as a part of the renovation. |

central location,marina,restaurants,beach,golf is excellent and could hardly be better. likewise, facilities such as spa,pools and especially garden are perfect. we loved the peaceful atmosphere in the garden and the fact that it is so spacious. staff are always most pleasant and efficient. the restaurant was a little expensive and slow. |

Good ambience, generally good service, spacious and comfortable with generous amount of sunbeds and umberellas good location with excellent views. The service at the Menta Bar was not up to the standard of the other areas, hence the slight downgrade on services/facilities, but this would not deter me from a future visit. |

Convenience to the Marina,lovely view from the bedroom,pool area sheltered and well staffed,bed extremely comfortable and (hooray) a well-placed bidet in the bathroom,breakfast buffet was wonderful although coffee was not as good as the coffee from the super coffee maker in the bedroom!Housekeeping very good and not intrusive. Only Peppers was open for dinner. The hotel was losing revenue to the excellent Mayflower restaurant a short walk away which had a fabulous variety on the menu and was packed out every evening. Guest information was not extensive enough, too general and not specific to the month we were there. |

Wonderful hotel with all facilities anyone would require, staff at reception were very helpful and informative always willing to help and had time to answer all questions asked about the area - places to visit and restaurants etc Was disappointed with bar on top floor visited it a few nights but it lacked atmosphere and would not entice me to return for a night cap |
