Location. Quality of the hotel. 5 star rating. Proximity to Marina. Views from balcony Some of the staff (not all) appeared to be offering a 3 star service to customers.The pool bar was to open early and offer food (Friday). It did not even though reception told us it would. |

I'm afraid not very much.the view maybe Afrter you get through at receiption it is down hill all the way...........staff are extremely rud,you ask them a question, and they pretend the don't here you.............I will not stay at this hotel again and it is not a 5 star maybe 3 that's all |

Very friendly reception from the staff & nothing seemed to be to much trouble. The position of the hotel & the great reception from the staff means we will definitely return. |

It was convienent to marina and beach Many things I had to ask for my room to be cleaned, I booked a 2hr treatment at the spa I arrived 20 miniutes early and then waited 40 miniutes in total but unfortunately for me I was out on time for their next appointment. DEfinetly not 5 star hardly a 3 star |

Comfortable bed & location Room was very basic for 5 star hotel. then restaurant (dinner) was a bit disappointing /not much options in menu & not so great. a bit over formal. But breakfast was excellent. |

Excellent hotel, great location. Stone's throw away from restaurants and bars on marina. Fantastic buffet breakfast. Could not fault hotel. |

Proximity of the beach from the hotel. Good breakfast buffet. No wireless Internet access from the room ! Noise from the roof (Labour) and the lift. |

We got one of the recentely renoveted rooms and we saw major improvements.Beds are very very confortable,decoration and equipment of room has improved a lot.New coffe bar in the main lobby. Reduced number of equipments in the gym.Main bar has been renovated but unfortunately not enought as to make it realy pleasent. |

la situacion y el diseño de las zonas comunes. en principio nos asignaron una habitación que no se correspondía a la reserva, y fuimos nosotros los que tuvimos que deducirlo pero al decirlo inmediatamente se disculparon por el error y nos cambiaron. |

Su situación entre el mar y el puerto marítimo. Sus instalaciones exteriores, spa (recomendable un masaje), piscina e instalaciones en general, a excepción de la habitación. El desayuno es muy variado y en ambiente agradable. El acceso a la playa es privilegiado desde el hotel y destaca el chiringito exclusivo con hamacas y camas originales. La habitación y el cuarto de baño se encuentran deteriorados y con aspecto antiguo y degradado respecto a mi anterior estancia en el año 2004, donde me hospedé tres días para la Eurocopa de fútbol. Siendo un hotel de 5 estrellas en el mejor lugar del Algarve y en la mejor ubicación de Villamoura (Marina), debe mantener la categoría en todos los ambientes del hotel, y mucho más en la habitación. |
