Location.... Breakfast was good... Rooms good

Received no receipt when I checked out for both rooms I booked.

Staff were great and looked after all our needs. Hotel clean and well presented.

Every time I have stayed at the hotel I have stayed in the renovated rooms which are wonderful. This visit I was on the 7th floor and these level has not be renovated. Room ok but not the best. Also the sauna and steam rooms were shut all week so dissapointed about that. But all in all a good place to stay.

Location great, spotless clean, pool and outdoor area fab.

Given the wrong room as I had requested, had to change. No apology made from staff, infact I felt I had inconvienced them. Air condidtioning very poor, had to get technician to fix television. Room outdated, could do with a makeover.

Rooms were not 5 star we were offered on arrival to upgrade for an extra 25 euro per night but there was little difference in the rooms so did not accept.beech chairs very expensive which was annoying.

Two single beds in a double room. No fitness classes, i.e. yoga, pilates, aqua.

Location is great, so many restaurants by the marina and a few shops for little shopping.

The hotel has well trained and friendly staff that are willing to help you on anything. The location is good and the beach wonderfull. I can deffinately recommend the spa!

I think charging euro 15 a day for internet is sooooo 2010! This should be free of charge

Pepper's restaurant food was expensive and portion sizes were huge, only ate there once during stay

There is nothing I dislikes

We have been coming to this hotel over Easter for the last 10 years and would expect a little more service, especially from the bar staff who have a regimented attitude............prices are on the high side, especiallty for a group of 7 that we were.....could have had a few offers that would have extended our stay in the bar......everybody having to think on what to order

Location Brilliant love walking around the harbour looking at the boat. Modern areas of the hotel eg lobby restaurants were very nice.

Older style rooms Bathrooms Hair dryer in bathroom was rubbish ask hotel recpection for a hand held one but this was never sent to the room

We loved the location and all rooms are either sea view or marina view. staff were excellent

Rooms could do with a face lift...Reported shower leaking...not fixed...this should have been fixed within an hour...not 5 star

The sea view room was just beautiful and romantic, the breakfast buffet was delicious with a lot of variety and the bed was so comfortable. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the location is right on the marine with the bars and restaurants. The concierge suggested the restaurant called "O Cesteiro" and thank him for the suggestion, this was a very nice place, good and fresh fish and service 100%.

The spa, Jacuzzi was not working, steam rooms very small. Unfortunately the restaurants and lounge area outside were closed for the low season which is a shame. We were really hoping to enjoy some cocktails and the weather was perfect for this.

The staff were all very helpful and the breakfast was excellent. The bedroom was first class. I will return, I only wish I had spent more time there rather than one night.

The road signs to the hotel are a bit confusing.

Staff, Cleanliness, Food, Setting, without a doubt the best Hotel in Vilamoura.

Poor lighting in Bedroom (needs reading lights). No kettle only an expenisve coffee machine, Silly prices in the lounge bar (even in happy hour, what is it with 4/5 star Hotels that they have to charge high prices ? )

Friendly and helpful staff. The views. Good breakfasts. Good value for money. Excellent spa facilities.

Rooms were not as the same standard as the Crown Plaza

We were met at the door by a very friendly and helpful doorman.Desk staff total helpful.The whole staff at the hotel was excellent plus accomodation.Everything went up hill from there.We have travelled all over the world and I would put this hotel and staff as in the top category. Would return.

Location, speed of Internet and views

Bed was unbelievably bad, like sleeping on a plank. Five star? Maybe 30 years ago but now it is dated and needs a refurb urgently. To be honest a complete insult to the actual five star hotels around the world that have worked hard to earn the rating.
