Good location, good but oldfashioned rooms and excellent breakfast. Hotel old and very poor internet service available. Even if staff where polite and gave me free acces this internet access was only for opne computer. We, me and my wife, normally carry 1 mavbook plus each ione of us 1 iPad. Could only download newpapers ojn one of two iPads!! Also misses easaliy reached electrical outlets for charging itens such as iPads, Computer, iPod, eReader etc. Had to crawl under tables to find outlet. Modern *** hotels are better equipped in this connection. If if retired we carry all this equipment when travelling.

We are just back from Vilamoura it was fantastic views from the hotel ...really friendly staff indoor pool was fantastic and deck chairs by pool was splendid went with 2 children 10 and 14 were so happy to be there Absolutely everything was perfect couldn't be better

The Tivoli Hotel was a very accommodating hotel, excellent for everyone. It is in situated in a perfect position, the beach to the rear and the Harbour to the front. The indoor and outdoor swimming pools were fantastic and so was the Breakfast.

Great Location on Marina, with excellent restaurants on the doorstep. Lovely beach. Good quality rooms as long as you get the refurbished ones. Geat new bar with deck overlooking the Marina. Nice pool area. The air conditioning is rubbish, which is fine in October, but would not be suitable in the summer

Rooms were very comfortable and staff very friendly. Price to use tennis facilities were very expensive. We received a quote of €32 for court hire and rackets including €5 for tennis ball hire.

Staff very good and friendly. Towels and bed linen great. Breakfast excellent, food in general good. Cleaning in bedroom not up to standard. Bidet not cleaned while we were there. Wardrobe doors very dusty. Chairs on balcony not cleaned.

i love the position of the hotel, over looking the harbour, it is amazing sight to see. beautiful pool, right beside the beach. loved the food at poolside bar. got the most amazing cocktails. rooms were fine, not the most up to date but did us just fine. had a hugh balcony over looking the pool/beach. found the reception staff to be slow to come to you while your standing theire waiting for their help. also the poolsiide bar staff can be rude.
