Stunning position in Madeira, wondefrul views. Excellent customer service, good food and drink and prices not too expensive compared with external to hotel options. High quality rooms and well equipped from a soft furnishing perspective. Overall good value for money. Nothing significant that impacted our stay. The exterior of the hotel, eg the terraces outside the rooms at the front of the hotel need renovating urgently, plaster cracking badly etc. |

Staff were very friendly and efficient, Food was good, particularly the a la Carte. Deck beds in plenty, but not all that strong; at least three struts cracked under my 90 kg weight. Also, the bank in madeira wanted to charge on cashing a euro travellers cheque; I therefore did not pay my hotel bill with them, as I thoughtmit a liberty. |

The resturant and staff The quality of the rooms and the pool area and sun beds were very old all needed up dating not like the pictures of the rooms at all. Room very small and bathroom not very modern a dirty toilet brush sittng in the room must be full of germs. towels not good quality. Men drinking beer from bottles in pool very dangerous then woken at 2am with drunks jumpng in pool shouting. Also air conditioning no good. So would not go there again. |

Very good location, spacious rooms, good breakfast (may be more varied for 5* hotel). Shuttle bus to downtown 6-7 times a day. Environmental friendly. Profecional reception staff (may be more pro-active). Some renovation would be beneficiary. |

Excellent location in a nice holiday area with shops and restaurants. Very near Funchal and directly at the seaside. Good breakfast. Hotel needs overall renovation. Sheets are clean but one cannot say the same for blankets. |

Fantastic location - convenient for promenade, buses, restaurants, etc. Good sized rooms and wide range of facilities. Great pool area. Good choice at breakfast. There were too many extra charges that really should be included in the room rate, e.g. tea and coffee sachets in room, use of room safe, etc. |

Both the outdoor and indoor pools were great. Outdoor pool was large enough to cater for all hotel residents. Breakfast was ample - good variety. Good location - close to the promenade for walks and also lots of nice restaurants to choose from nearby. Hotel does not provide iron or ironing boards. We had to end up wearing creased shirts. We weren't happy about this at all. You have to pay EUR4 to get a shirt ironed which is a rip off. For extra tea & coffee sachets to be provided to your room, you have to pay EUR3 for each type of beverage. This should be provided as complimentary as far as I'm concerned. Also, there's no ventilation in the bathroom and drainage produced a horrible smell. House keeping said it was normal but it should really be fixed. |

Le confort, le petit déjeuné, la picine et la cadre. Le rengement de la chambre n'était pas effectuée de même façon tous les jours: oubli de savon, etc.. mais cela reste minim. |

Gostei da simpatia dos empregados. Bom pequeno almoço apesar de não ter grande variedade de doçaria. Excelente ginásio - parece mesmo um ginásio profissional. Excelente localização. Boas áreas de lazer gratuitas: piscinas, jacuzzi, sauna e banho turno. O hotel é bastante limpo. Barulho incomodativo nos quartos - não sei se é da circulação de ar nas casas de banho ou do ar condicionado (apesar de desligado). Falta manutenção das piscinas - por exemplo, das calhas que circundam a piscina exterior. Durante a estadia vi uma pessoa a cair nos buracos das calhas. Não tem animação suficiente. Durante 5 dias com o hotel quase lotado só assisti a 2 noites com música ao vivo e aulas de hidroginástica/ginásio. Apesar das falhas detectadas tive uma estadia bastante agradável. |

Buena localización frente al mar. Tiene unas magníficas vistas desde el salón de desayuno. La zona de relajación y spa está muy bien, además de la pista de squash. La frecuencia del autobús gratuito que conecta con el centro de Funchal (demasiado espaciada). |

A disponibilidade de todo o staff em me proporcionarem uns dias maravilhosos, todas as questões colocadas por mim, rápidamente tinham solução junto deles.Fantásticos, graças ás suas dicas pude ver o melhor em 4 dias. Muito obrigado a todos vós. Em relação a qualidade preço achei tudo óptimo, talvez o mini bus do hotel que nos leva e trás ao Funchal pudesse ser mais frequente. |

Conforto e as excelentes áreas do hotel! Muito bom! O serviço de reposição nos quartos. Desde não reporem roupões, a colocar um roupão com um buraco enorme e um toalhão com um buraco com mais de 15cm... Bem como um dia ligar para a reposição 3 vezes e ficar 25 minutos à espera, acabado por desistir e ir até ao spa. Tirando estas situação, o hotel é excelente! |

Un des rares hôtels 5* situé en bord de mer et pas trop excentré, les arrêts de bus pour le centre proche (2 km) et l'ouest de l'île sont à 2 pas - il y a une navette gratuite mais seulement de 9h30 jusqu'à 17h environ. Très belle vue sur la mer, chambre un peu petite mais bonne literie, personnel parlant français très serviable, produits de toilette fournis très généreusement, pour mon anniversaire une bouteille de mousseux nous attendait dans la chambre le soir, petit dej servi au bord de la piscine L'hôtel se trouve dans la zone "bétonnée" de l'île, notre chambre donnait sur les poubelles et les bouches d'aération, on nous avait dit que toutes les chambres donnent sur la mer, mais il fallait se pencher vraiment beaucoup pour la voir, il n'y a aucun accès à la mer donc il faut se contenter de la piscine ou aller dans le Lido tout proche qui lui est mieux loti: piscine immense à l'eau de mer, accès à la mer par nombreuses échelles, aquagym. A l'hôtel l'animation était inexistante, les ascenseurs étaient toujours occupés, le buffet du petit dej était plutôt quelconque et la restauration bcp plus chère qu'en ville. Je le recommande néanmoins en raison de sa situation et du bon rapport qualité/prix |
