Het hotel is 1min lopen van Oriente metro station met vele winkels en 1min lopen van luxe overdekt winkelcentrum Vasco da Gamma die tot 12uur snachts geopend is! |

Het hotel is gelegen in een mooie omgeving (weliswaar niet in het stadscentrum maar dat is vlot bereikbaar met de metro), vlakbij het shoppingcentrum en de mooie site van expo '98. De kamers zijn zeer proper. Indien mogelijk, vraag een kamer aan de straatkant, zoniet kijk je uit op de spoorwegen. |

De bereikbaarheid en opstelling van het personeel, zeer goede massage, heel goed ontbijtbuffet. Met name de negroide gasten waren zeer beschaafd in kleding en gedrag. In de ontbijtzaal liepen gasten in ronduit ongepaste kleding (kort nachthemd met blote schouder en teenslippers). Hierop werd door het hotelpersoneel niet gereageerd. |

The helpful staff and the comfort of the rooms; also the availability of spa and swimming pool facilities Nothing really serious but the first room I was given had a faulty hairdryer and the safe did not work. The helful staff gave me another room and there the vanity mirror was not safely fixed to the wall. These minor problems give a sense of neglect so ome small repairs needed in the bedrooms. |

Breakfasts where very good, plenty of lifts to and from the rooms.The maid sevice to the rooms was good. {1] There was a times a sewrege smell in the hallway on floor eleven , usually in the morning. [2] The flowers ajacent the lifts are very poor and need desperate attension. Like wise in the lobby. |

Its location is good for biz since it is located at the heart of the city. The AC system is very poor enough for temp over 27 degrees. The power saving system could allow charging my son s PSP or my laptop while out of the room. Everything in the freezer gets warm while on the go because power goes off everywhere once you remove the smart card. |

Good location. Good breakfast Air conditioning as strong as an asmatic ant. On hot days the rooms would be far too warm. |

We arrived late to the hotel, and there was no cot as we requested, only an hour after our arrival was found an extra bed. A five star hotel must have the duty to inform previously their clients any alteration of the conditions of the rooms. Bad service. |

The breakfast buffet was good Only one pillow each in room, took two hours to get more pillows and a second tea bag. Reception was unable to cope with the volume of clients at both checking in and checking out. |

The hotel was clean, attractive and had a lovely breakfast. It was close to many activities should you want to venture out. As well, public transport was easily accessible. Athough the reception staff answered questions I asked, they did not seem very warm or concerned. |

entsprach in etwa der beschreibung, tolle lage wellness-bereich hat diesen namen nicht verdient, nur eine 2-personen sauna für das ganze hotel, "türkischer Hamann" war eine normale dampfsauna für 4 personen, schwimmbad o.k. |

Gostei da localização do Hotel e acessibilidades da envolvente. O PA nao estava mal. Maior valia ter piscina interior. Logistica muito má. Depois da reserva no Booking, o Hotel nao reconheceu o valor de cama extra / nao reconheceu o valor mais economica da reserva da 2ª noite, tendo sido inclusivé necessário chatear-me e voltar ao quarto para levantar comprovativos (já resgados!!!) Quando chegamos nao estavam preparados os quartos (já eram 15:30h!!!) Nao disponibilizam robe e chinelos a quem precisa (seleccionam quartos/clientes!?) |

La camera superior era spaziosa, ben insonorizzata e arredata con gusto. Colazione a buffet buona; personale efficiente e disponibile.La zona dell'Expò dove è situato è molto bella, sono disponibili molti servizi. Lontano dal centro ma accanto ci sono la metropolitana, la stazione dei treni ed autobus e la fermata dei taxi. |
