Spacious apartment, well maintained, beach nearby, 2 golf courses. Staff very helpful and friendly - especially shuttle bus drivers. Very large resort - would need a car to get to supermarket, reception and restaurant areas, even though they have a shuttle bus. |

It is not a Hotel. They have service apartments of various sizes. Good for longer stay. Great for golfers or Tennis enthusiasts. Because of the size there is a mini bus service for the resorts, very efficiently run. The reception area is too far away from the actual drive way. Long procedure checking in. No seating while waiting for bus to collect. |

Hotel staff was very fast to respond our requests. The kitchen was very well equiped with everything you can imagine that should be there. Fruits and water were served at the room. The T1 apartment itself was very spacy and in good condition, while normally you can expect much smaller apartment. It had two flat TV-s which is good. The resort has very big territory that is nice for jogging. Big territory means that you have to rely on the free shuttle bus, since parking near the beach is not always available. The phone in the room had no hints how to dial to reception or elsewhere. The security alarm system was not functioning in our apartment, so we spent some time with technicians to fix it. We were not properly informed at check-in about the place to take buffet breakfast, and to save time had to skip it (resort territory is quite big to walk from one end to another). Bottle of shampoo in the bathroom was half-empty. The price for 1.5 L of Luso water was 3.5 euro at the beach bar. |

Vale do Lobo resort is luscious and green and extremely well kept, the staff were efficient, helpful and polite. A golfers paradise or simply a great place to relax. Hire a car if you want to explore surrounding areas. Many of the restaurants on the Vale Do Lobo resort are overpriced and the food disappointing. Similarly, the onsite supermarket is incredibly overpriced (€7 for a can of deodorant!) so beware. |

the unit we stayed at was suoerb when we arrived the booking staff did not make me feel welcome and treated me as a -give him the keys so I can geton with something else-no explanation about the resort or anything |! |

L'appartement était parfait, moderne, propre , avec jacuzi, cuisine très bien équipé, salle de bain excellente. Rien à dire c'est parfait. Nous avons eu un upgrade de l'appartement standard vers deluxe. Ce qui nous à ravis. J'ai hate d'y retourner. C'est un hâvre de paix. Le restaurant du club house est vraiment mauvaise, steak haché congelé de mauvaise qualité, confit de canard médiocre. Par contre le personnel est bien. |

Henkilökohtainen palvelu, hyvät puitteet aktiivilomalle. Paljon valinnanvaraa niin majoituksessa, syömisessä kuin tekemisessä. Olemme aiemminkin olleet samassa paikassa ja palaamme sinne, koska homma toimii!!! Rantaravintolassa välinpitämätön henkilökunta - jo toisen kerran. Muut ravintolat ja palvelut olivat ok! |

As facilidades e serviços oferecidos. A única questão que nos levantou algumas reticências foi o facto de cobrarem uma taxa extra pela presença de um animal no apartamento, já que este não implicou qualquer custo para o hotel nem usufruiu de qualquer serviço. |

O enquadramento é muito simpático, as casas estão rodeadas de espaços verdes e no geral seguem uma arquitectura agradável à vista. Apreciámos a calma e a diversidade de actividades disponíveis. É pena a piscina exterior fechar às 18 horas em pleno verão. |

O apartamento em que fiquei "Margarida apartamentos"é excelente em todos os aspectos, tanto a nível do conforto como da decoração. Tem tudo o que é preciso com excelente qualidade. O snack bar junto à recepção achei que tem um péssimo serviço visto ter somente uma pessoa a atender todos os pedidos, tanto os do balcão como os da esplanada, pelo que o tempo de espera é enorme. |

Personeel zeer hulpvaardig. Inrichting keuken (Keukendeur dicht voordat men koelkast kan openen ), te weinig glazen, kopjes, kledingkastruimte + hangers.Wel een wasmachine maar geen droger of droogrek. Parasol op klein terras paste niet in voet.Schoonmaken niet geweldig. Vet was nog op kookplaat van vorige bewoners. |

O quase isolamento que se pode manter com o exterior é uma das vantagens de Vale do Lobo. É possível desfrutar das melhores qualidades do Algarve sem necessidade de sair do Resort. |

A tranquilidade que se respira em todo o complexo, a praia, os percursos rodeados de vegetação,..É um espaço óptimo para quem quer fugir ao ritmo alucinante das cidades. Fiquei cliente!! Devem melhorar a limpeza dos apartamentos e tentar fazê-la da parte da manhã e não a meio da tarde como me aconteceu.Trocar a roupa de cama pelo menos a meio da semana (também não aconteceu).O resort deste tipo deve disponibilizar toalhas de praia aos utentes. |

Proximidade da praia, paisagem, simpatia e disponibilidade dos funcionários do resort, entretenimento diurno e nocturno, parques de estacionamento por todo o resort, segurança. Poderia ter um quiosque de venda de bilhetes para mais atracções turísticas e espectáculos do Algarve e sul de Espanha, por exemplo no Casino de Vilamoura, Isla Mágica, entre outros. Na praia poderia ter mais equipamentos para a realização de desportos náuticos, por exemplo, motas de água. |
