A piscina do hotel de 5 * (pq a outra estava em obras) ser aquecida Aquecer a piscina interior, colocar ar condicionado na casa, melhorar a simpatia dos funcionários da recepção ( precisam mesmo de urgente formação hoteleira) |

Lage war o.K. Größe des Hauses war o.k. Die Hotelanlage vom RIA Park Resort Hotel war ebenso gut. Das Personal war freundlich und kompetent. Ausstattung der Villa z.B. hinsichtlich Küchenutensilien war etwas mager (Töpfe, Geschirr, Gläser etc.). billige ! Elektrogeräte, die z.T. bei Ankunft defekt waren, aber nach Aufforderung ausgetauscht wurden. Grundstücksgröße m.E. zu klein für einen Außenpool. Keine Klimaanlage in den Schlafräumen vorhanden. |

Da localização e das zonas verdes Pelo facto da Vila que nos foi posta à disposição não corresponder ao solicitado na encomenda (foi-nos dada uma vila sem piscina quando foi solicitada uma com piscina) e nem sequer nos ter sido avisado tal facto, já que as chaves nos foram dadas sem nos avisarem deste facto, sugiro que o serviço ao cliente seja melhorado |
