Everything was perfect. great breakfast, free wi-fi, excelent location, great staff, nice pool, big rooms and new furniture. It was great and we will come back.

Very good value for money, comfortable, clean, serviced daily and with a delicious breakfast buffet. We were spoilt for the 7 days.

The whole experience. Why this hotel is only rated as 3 star is a mystery, we have stayed in 5 star hotels that do not compare. The staff were very pleasant and helpful and the bar was well stocked, staffed and comfortable. We had a very enjoyable stay and will be returning.

The breakfast was basic but not a real problem. Olhos de Agua was excellent but we hated nearby noisy Albufeira

Everything, staff very friendly, good quality buffet breakfast with great views,rooms cleaned everyday. Walking distance to beach. Great place to stay on a buget. Will be returning.

The bar and restaurant facilities were well maintained and a great venue for meeting other travelers. The bathrooms seemed to have been refurbished recently and were very clean and nice.

The walls were paper thin and the noise all night was terrible. The bed linens could and room furniture could be updated. The room was cold without heat and the water in the shower was not very hot.

The staff were all extremely helpful.Usually you will get one or two "nerds".It was comfortable and quiet.

The area was a shade hilly and the bus service was erratic.

Great hotel. Exceptionally clean and in great location. Loved every minute of our stay. Staff couldn't have been more helpful. Would hope to be back.

Lot of restourants around, shop, balcony, great breakfast, free parking.

No wifi connection in our room, because of weak wifi signal, it's not so hard to improve reception of signal.

Non pretentious

We were late arrivals due to flight times. We couldn't get any refreshment until morning.

The atmosphere was very pleasant and very friendly and helpful, reception staff were very helpful, nice relaxing bar, pleasant maids, everyone greets you with a smile:) I also liked the location, a lot of bars and restaurants around for a variety of choice.

The noise, not a negative about the hotel or staff but the guests, maybe a notice could be put up by the hotel asking guests to respect other hotel guests by trying to keep noise level to a minimum, very loud TV's, people slamming doors, no need, they shut perfectly just by pulling them up, no need to slam, rooms walls very thin, could here room next door taking a pee, i was hoping for relaxation, i work very long hours so wanted to get some rest and sleep on holiday, instead i was tired every day but trying to have a siesta wasn't easy either, some maintenence work going on in hotel somewhere, banging, scraping of walls, doors banging again.

Breakfast buffet had just the right range of foods for us - plenty of fruits, cereals, breads, cooked meats and cheese and it was looked after most diligently and effectively by the staff. No scrimping on quality - orange juice absolutely first class for example. Highly recommend this hotel.

We thought the hotel was excellent value for money, very clean and comfortable and near to beach and restaurants. Hotel reception staff especially helpful. The breakfast in the lovely rooftop restaurant was excellent and the bread so so fresh. We would definitely recommend to our friends and stay again.

We liked the friendliness of the staff, nothing was too much trouble. The Hotel was kept spotlessly clean. The Hotel was not near the nightlife of Albufeira it was a good Taxi drive away

Although we read some negative comments about the hotel, we booked it and stayed for 2 nights (March 2013). The hotel is on country lane, but it was not that noisy. The doors to the balcony has been renewed, which might be a reason why. The staff is quite young and friendly. The breakfast buffet offers fresh fruits and differnt types of bread and cereals. The pool and romm was clean.

The location is may be not ideal for tourists, who like to stay in the hotel or at the pool the whole day (which wasn't our intention).

A very clean well run hotel, good breakfasts and efficient service.

A bit out of the way for walking out in the dark during winter months.
