Tiny room, terrible shower, bad quality-price ratio. Should be 20€ a night max.
basic breakfast, every day the same, no eggs.
Location was excellent.Breakfast on the roof top was unique It was value for money
We were on the 7th floor and the noise from the lift was disturbing during the night
Location, staff, was clean.
Our bed squeeked badly on one side. You couldn't turn over inyour sleep without it making a noise.
The room was very small and it had no balcony as it was advertised. The restaurant does not look as good as it does in the photos.
Stuff is lovely and the facilities are fine. The breakfast could be better but it's a quite cheap hotel so it's fair enough...location is also good.
Staff, location, room
No tea or coffee facilties in the room & the bar/ breakfast room was above our room and late at night you could hear the chairs being moved on the floor !
Room with balcony was great, breakfast was good and we liked the location, for the price nothing to complain about
Helpful staff, very good location, good coffee shop across street, metro station very close
Rooms were small, breakfast OK,
The staff were excellent. The breakfast was ok but not much choice and no hot choices. The rooms are quaint. Don't expect modern. But they suited the city and we were overall enchanted.
The small choice I'm breakfast. But the staff were lovely.
very good located in the heart of Porto! the staff is very helpful. the breakfast on the rooftop was very abounded and tasty :)
the room smelled like moldy smoke, maybe it used to be a smoking room. further, the room was full of mosquitos! I wouldn't stay in that hotel more than two nights!
Barely above a backpackers accommodation
Location was perfect, at the city center, you can walk anywhere.
shower cabin was too small and water could not go through well. Water tapes were English style which I did not find very convenient.
No parking area reserved. Bad quality of equipment inside bathroom and too small shower. I made a reservation for 1 double bed but in fact there were 2 single beds located close to each other. Too dark room and not enough light. It was noisy at the 1st floor. Internet connection was awful. Not friendly staff at reception.
Ability to walk to the areas of interest. Really liked the historic atmosphere of the neighborhood. Friendly staff.
The quality of the mattress is really important to me and our mattress needed to be replaced. Because of that I personally would try another hotel if I returned. Otherwise, I would not hesitate to return.
Way too expensive, rooms are shabby and towels were actually thread bare
They upgraded us to Hotel Pao Acucar since they had no big room wich we asked for due to medical conditions. Very excellent hospitality! Great service at hotel Pao Acucar as wel.
Location good and the roof top terrace bar.
Noisy location. Room small and bathroom exceptionally tiny for the price
Location was great. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Room was quite small. There was a rule against washing clothes in the room which I think is unreasonable. I used the paid laundry service but see no reason not to wash small items in the room.
Ease of access to centre, metro. Roomy suite on 7th floor, interesting view. Big bed. Air conditioning as atmosphere was very close. Very friendly and helpful staff and felt looked after. Clean and fresh. No hassles. Breakfast was always being topped up so plentiful.
Didn't sleep too well, I'm sure there was a washing machine in the room above us which I could hear, also a noise from the lift did wake me. Difficult to sleep in new surroundings anyway. Found stepping into bath to use shower slippery.
Terribile bed and small room
Very hard bed, uncomfortable to sleep in. Otherwise everything was great at this hotel.
everything else - and the breakfast was also poor
-The location of the hotel was excellent and staff very friendly. -Breakfast was good and the roof terrace for breakfast / Evening drinks was a nice element
- Bedrooms a bit dated and smelled of damp. The bathroom did not have any windows which made the entire room very humid after showers.
Location was very nice Breakfast was exellent all we needed for stay
nothing to dislike
