Great location of the place! It's right in the city centre near the city hall. Breakfast included. Friendly staff.
Uitgebreid ontbijt, WiFi, midden in het centrum
Matrassen zijn erg hard. De douche is vrij krap
Staff were incredible and friendly
Hotel can be a bit outdated
Staff were lovely. Location excellent View for Breakfast amazing We stayed twice and the first time we went we got upgraded to a king room which was lovely.
The second time we went we were in a small room and the beds were very uncomfortable.
The location was amazing, the stuff was really nice and helpful. We could start our day with a nice breakfast on the 8th floor, the view was great.
The room was a little bit small.
Friendly staff, clean rooms (with hot water!) and perfect location close to everything.
Breakfast was a cold buffet! Tasted great, but we visited in winter and could have done with a warm start to the day.
Central location and very friendly staff
hotel is worn out and needs a makeover
The location is good, the staff are nice
No hot water
Location was good. Staff was very nice and helpful!
The bed was not comfortable!
comfortable bed, good wifi, good price
no air circulation in the bathroom
cheated in price, when booking account was EUR 150 at departure - EUR 200
Room was quite small however was on a high floor and faced the plaza with a small terrace-glass door toterrace was great
location there are a lot of good restaurants near the hotel.
- reception was very nice and available - location is very good , near to city center
- water was not hot enough - they didn't do the cleaning on the second day, and they didn't give us a new clean towels also
the bedroom size was little the hotel is working with a carpark close to him but it's not open between 00:00 and 7:00 AM ... not usefull when you have to leave at 5:00 AM...
Nothing only the loction
The room, the whole place was dirty. Bed was extremly unconfortavle.Breakfast was horrible. Realy not a place you want to stay
Room was comfortable, breakfast was at an upper floor with a very nice view. Decent variety of food and good coffee!
Nothing really, nice place.
location, friendly stuff, good breakfast
Room needs renovation; old furniture and flat screen TV didn't have any resolution and there were no channels in English.
Good location. Subway next door. Helpful courteous staff. Nearby cafés and restaurants. Breakfast included. Great view from balcony.
Small Room. Décor a bit dated.
Good location, good value for money
basic breakfast, rooms are smaller than they appear on the photo's
Friendly and helpful reception staff Room 604 with private balcony Location Excellent value and services for a budget priced hotel
Room was a bit dark due to location of windows in sitting area and the color scheme for the room.
The hotel is just around the corner from a metro stop and about 5 minutes on foot from the train station, all of which made travel in, out, and around the city incredibly convenient. The breakfast offerings were fairly generous and tasty. The hotel staff is fabulously kind and remembers all the guests as they come in and out, which I think would make this an excellent place for a solo traveler. There is a really wonderful restaurant two doors down. I've forgotten the name, but we had a great meal with good wine for a decent price. A great place to use as a base to explore the city for a few days!
The room itself was a bit damp. I think the bathroom never dried while we were there. It wasn't terrible, but it contributed to the musty smell of the place. The hotel is a bit run-down, but it's a budget hotel, so that is to be expected. The wifi was sometimes unreliable, which made some business I needed to finish difficult, but only for a short period of time. Overall, the positive outweigh the negatives.
The location is very nice, next to a Metro station. The terrace (breakfast and bar) is excellent given the price. Breakfast is not very wide but quality is good. Wi-Fi worked great. The whole experience is very charming.
Room was a but small and didn't have a desk. The windows could use better blinds, a lot of light comes in. It could use some renovations but maybe would lose its charm!
Perfectly situated close to the main attractions of Porto.
Quite old and tore down. Except of the staircase which looks beautiful.
The location was excellent for our first visit to Portugal. It coincided with freshers week. Not suitable for people who like a quiet night but we found it very entertaining. The reception were very helpful on everything. Restaurants in area very good, various prices. We were very lucky with the weather 30 degrees. **** Beware of seagull after your breakfast if you sit on the balcony
How can we add anything to our excellent stay but one point we would like to add we liked the bar at night but we like to relax and read with a drink but unfortunately only small nightlights which made it very dark. Some lamps would have been nice
