В случае аннуляции или изменения позднее этого срока или в случае незаезда взимается 100% от стоимости первой ночи проживания
Размещение детей и предоставление дополнительных кроватей
При размещении одного ребёнка младше 2 лет на имеющихся кроватях проживание ему предоставляется бесплатно .
При размещении одного ребёнка старшего возраста или взрослого на дополнительной кровати взимается EUR 15,00 с человека за ночь.
Максимальная вместимость дополнительных/детских кроватей в номере - 1.
Дополнительные кровати предоставляются по запросу. Требуется подтверждение со стороны отеля о предоставлении данной услуги.
Дополнительные услуги не включаются автоматически в общую стоимость и оплачиваются отдельно в отеле.
Домашние животные
Размещение домашних животных не допускается.

Visa, Euro/Mastercard, Carte Bleue, JCB, Maestro
Отель оставляет за собой право предварительного блокирования средств на кредитной карте до приезда гостя.

Хорошее расположение отеля относительно центра, в пешей доступности все основные достопримечательности. Маленькая площадь номеров, однообразный и невкусный завтрак, одни булочки и все. Свет в ванной комнате недостаточно яркий, сантехника старая. |

The location is quite central. The room needs updating. The furniture and carpet are all dated. The wardrobe is beyond imagination with extra blankets and hangers all over, very messy. |

The location was great and it was quiet and close to transport. Our telephone in the room was not working and no one seems to care to fix it. On the same day we were stuck in the lift and at any time the staff didn't bother to tell us what they have undertaken to reassure us. |

We booked a family Suite. What we got was two very basic doublerooms that were joint together by a door. That cannot be called a Suite. Rooms do not look at all like the pictures the hotel gives out. |

The location is great, the breakfast was nice to, served at the rooftop terrace. Be prepared that the pictures belonging to this hotel on this website don't have much to do with reality!! Why do you have a picture of some two story house in the middle of a sandy beach? (We knew that this cant be right-but still... I don't know about the hotels own website.) Its a plain hotel, with the usual design, except for the rooftop, that is very nicely renovated. |

Spent an excellent time at this hotel. The room was spacious, with a big balcony overlooking the square in front of the hotel, clean, big TV, friendly staff. And the best thing - breakfast on the open terrace on the top floor. Very good location - all main attractions within 10-15 minutes walk, have managed to visit everything in one day without ever taking the metro. Not sure that all rooms are the same (apparently we had a Delux, and according to the fire-escape plan the rest of the rooms may be much smaller). Noise isolation was not very good (noise from the street not a problem, but sometimes from the hall, although no big deal). If travel by car will have to pay 12.5 for parking (independent private place, which has a special deal for the hotel guests) - don´t expect to park for free on the street (not in this area). |

The Central location was the main attraction for us during our brief stay in your great city. Value for money thought it a great property. Would recommend/+ Having in stayed in all classes of Hotel aroud the worl, I have never been confronted with a sign telling me I could not wash out my knickers in my bathroom or I would be charged additional tarrif! Think that is taking things too far. Maybe suggest guests take care when doing any hand washing..... |

Friendly staff. Good sized continental breakfast. Room with a balcony. Location. Cleaners rehung a dirty towel we left on the floor, leaving us with no idea which towel was clean. |

The situation in Porto downtown, close to nearby restaurants, etc. The room was not what I had expected as seeing the one on website. It was also not very clean and next to the elevator on the 7th floor. The day we left, the elevator did not work so we had to come down the 7 levels of floors by foot with all our luggage. |
