liked the location. It's quite close to a good food fair and a mall. walking distance to metro. Near a huge landmark on the map making it easy to find. down town but not to much down town. The hotel was cheap, but good.
The mall and the food fair were expensive. The room was a bit small.
Very good value. Good location and right on the tourist bus route.
The receptionist was very unfriendly. The bar was always closed unless you specifically asked for drinks via reception. This was a shame as the bar area was very attractive.
All things are great ! Staff will hepls You in all questions and situations!!! Great hotel !
rooms are good and clean, staff is excellent and courteous, location is pretty good, 5 min to subway and several bus lines and city tourist bus lines as well (you can buy a ticket for 1-2 days and use it instead of public transport), there are a lot of shops, restaurants and cafes around.
breakfast is good but a bit meager, lack of fresh vegetables as for me (there are some oranges and apples but it would be perfect to have just sliced tomato or cucumber with greens).
Great localization, great internet, very, very friendly english speaking personel, very nice cafe 5 meters from the hotel
Noisy street even with closed window, a little bit old furniture and bathroom
nice staff, great location (safe area), fair enough facility, a small shopping center right beside, real value for money
sound proofing a bit bad, toilet sometimes doesnt work
The friendlyness of the staff, and the cleanless of the room.
The breakfast could be have a little more variaty. It is every day the same, and some eggs or something would be nice for a change.
cheap plastic toilet tank door handles in bathroom were falling off. Cheap shower stall and breakfast was very plain compared to 7 other hotels I stayed in. Not good value.Paid same price in Fatima hotel which was like a palace and excellent breakfast.
Near to metro, staff were very friendly and helpful, wifi good, rooms clean, breakfast good.
I came in the evening and left early morning. As far as I could understand it was a very god place to sleep.
The staff offers assistance and is very friendly, the hotel is pretty clean. The hotel offers a parking service at a good price. There are good restaurants quite near (15-20min walking).
It is a bit far from the center....a little over half an hour walk.
The facilitis wher nice
The staff wast very nice and it eas a bit far from the center
lack of choices for breakfast
Good location of the hotel, breakfast not so rich but good.
Ants on the stairs between the 1st floor and the groundfloor.
- friendliness of the reception staff - low price for decent hotel - perfect location to conference venue (a bit of way to old centre though) - well working wifi - pillow selection
- motion detector light in room, which could not be switched off - basic breakfast
The Breakfast was really cheap and not very tasty. We had different stays in Hostels all around Portugal and they had all better breakfast!
The environment is nice
Our room was located close to the elevator and because of the noise we woke up early every morning.
Staff Bath/shower! Bed comfort Cleanliness Wifi was excellent
WiFi was excellent, 100 meters from bus stops
Short double bed, neighborhood was a bit scary in the evening, poor breakfast, really small bathroom, 10-15 min to metro station
Close to metro station
The room smelled like wet dog, before we entered the room until we had left (3 nights). The water pressure of the toilet was very low, and the shower curtain did little to avoid flooding.
Room was nice, big enough for two people, not so loud despite the street underneath. Bed was comfortable and the bathroom clean. I would stay there again.
Friendly staff, perfect Wi-Fi, good breakfast, room (2+1) was spacious enough for three, comfortable, well equipped and cleaned daily, clean towels every day as well, location was very good (2-minute walk from shopping centre with supermarket, nearby the Casa Da Musica and Boavista roundabout, city centre easily reachable using the metro, as well as the airport, buses furthermore give access to the seaside and other city quarters).
Some more fruit at breakfast would have been nice, but no serious complaints whatsoever. Great choice of hotel.
Real value for money!
The bathroom is small.
