Small ,friendly ,peaceful and relaxing place to stay.The staff were always extremely helpful and always happy to assist. The rooms were spotless, high stanadard of cleanliness.The attention to detail makes all the difference and makes your stay at the hotel all the more enjoyable. Lovely breakfast, freshly served.We will definitely be making return visit.

Basic but clean hotel with friendly staff with a good size pool, a nice bar area and a decent breakfast Good location as a pleasant walk to a few great beaches. There wasn't anything in particular that we didn't like however it would have made our stay more pleasant if there had been a small fridge in our room to keep drinks cold. Also, the layout of the tables for breakfast wasn't great - if it was busy it was impossible to get up and down to the buffet table. It would also be good if some of the rooms had double beds instead of all being singles.

Hotel que sorprende, las habitaciones normales, pero muy limpias y agradables. El Hotel cuenta con una piscina muy bonita. Esta muy bien situado, a menos de 10 minutos en coche de Albufeira. Muy recomendable las playas cercanas, San Rafael y Arrecife, esta ultima buena para hacer snorkel.

Ha sido una esatncia agradable, tranquila y acogedora. Hotel de dos pisos, con habitación para tres personas amplia, baño nuevo, ventanas de doble cristal, silencioso, una decoración no cargada y con pequeños detalles que hacia la estancia muy familair. En relación con la higiene y limpieza excelente! Cambio de toallas diaria. Personal agradable y muy trabajador.Piscina limpia.Calidad y precio acorde.Bar cócteles a muy buen precio. Recomiendo a todo el mundo que coma en el restaurante de al lado:Margem Sul( deliciosoooooooo y abundante). En el hotel no hay parking, pero a dos minutos del hotel hay uno que corresponde a un restaurante, que no hay probelma para aparcar. Concluyendo:cumplió nuestras espectativas. El desayuno un tanto escaso en la variedad, pero correcto.No recomiendo que la habitación sea en el primer piso( muy fácil acceso).

Apenas a Localizaçao. Nao gostamos da limpeza os cobertores estavam cheios de cabelos, o quarto cheirava a humidade e por azar dos azares ao pequeno almoço o leite estava azedo.

Lo que más nos ha gustado de Vila Channa ha sido el trato del personal. Son todos muy amables. La ducha. Es muy pequeña, y al no tener mampara ni nada, solo cortinas, el suelo se ponía hasta las trancas de agua!!!

“From the moment we arrived in the Baia Grande hotel we felt so welcomed.The staff were extremly helpful polite and friendly.The attention to detail in our room was amazing from the flowers,fruit wine and silk sheets to the rose petals in the bath!! Not to mention the limo service to the airport, and the opportunity to have a massage by the pool!!Home was never like this.Lovely touches.The pool was super and the pool bar excellent too.Paulo Dias the hotel manager should be very pleased with his hotel and staff.He did everything to ensure our stay was perfect for us.And it was.We liked the quiet location and the free shuttle to the town and beach that were available several times a day if requred.I certainly will be returning and have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to family and friends.PS It as my husbands birthday while we were there and when we returned to our room that evening there was a birthday cake with candles for him from the staff.Absolutely and utterly amazing.Thank you to all concerned for making our visit so special.” Sheila, Newbridge |
