The staff is great. We really enjoyed the quiet surrounding. The breakfast was ok, but lunch wasn't very good. We also had to wait half an hour for a tosta mista. Quality of the meals can be improved. |

Nice facilities, most rooms have their separate entrance and most face the two swimpools. While the hotel was packed on May-break, we felt we were the only ones in the hotel, quite relaxing and peacefull. Excellent and helpfull staff. And, while I booked a cheap twin-room, I got the upgrade to the Junior Suite, excelent jacuzzi and facilities. Getting to the hotel was a bit difficult, specially at nigth.... some more signs on the walkabouts will be helpfull....I managed to find it by finaly using the GPS on the Blackberry, but if GPS is not an option, I would suggest to do a 10min homework and familiarize with the surronding roads as they can be tricky. |

Erg rustige ligging en niet veraf gelegen van de mooie kusten van de Algarve. Erg vriendelijk en gedienstig personeel. Prachtig aangelegde en verzorgde tuin. Een aanrader! Tip: Huur een auto om de streek te verkennen. Geen bijzondere opmerkingen van ontevredenheid. |

Hotel bastante calmo com funcionários bastante simpáticos, bom pequeno almoço, e muito calmo para descansar. Para o Hotel que é, acho que deviam ter mais atenção a alguns promenores de acabamentos nos quartos. |

O ambiente e a decoração exteriores têm nota positiva, assim como os serviços de pequeno almoço e spa. Falta de protecção contra mosquitos, nomeadamente redes mosquiteiras nas janelas, deficiente localização do aparelho de ar condicionado no quarto, escada para entrada na piscina sem segurança e jardim mal tratado. |

Wir bekamen anstatt ein normales Doppelzimmer eine suite deluxe, sehr sehr schön, mit eine tolle Aussicht und eine wunderbare schöne Terrasse. Das Personal einfach nur top, ausser 2 die bedienten, also verstehen sie mich nicht falsch, sie waren einfach denken ich zu neu oder unerfahren im Geschäft, aber wohl freundlich. Das restliche Personal immer zuvorkommend, sehr professionnel!! Das Schwimmbad sehr sehr sauber, niedlich, familiär obwohl die Anlage doch gross war. Man fühlte sich sehr wohl. Es gibt 2 Schwimmbäder. Ich denke auch die normalen Doppelzimmer sind sehr schön ausgestattet. Manchmal gelang es mir einen Blick hinein zu werfen :) Manche Hauptspeisen waren sehr gut! Eigentlich ist es nur minimal: das Essen (hauptsächlich den italienischen Abend) war nicht gut. Ich weiss nicht ob es manchmal verschiedene Köche da waren oder nur zu zweit aber an manchen Abenden, Gott sei Dank die meisten :), war das Essen sehr gut. Ich mochte ganz gerne auch die Nachspeisen, hauptsächlich den Tiramisu oder den chocolat fondant mmmmhh. Das Frühstück könnte ein bisschen mehr abwechlungsreich sein. |

Me ha gustado la tranquilidad del hotel, los jardines, la comida. Nos cambiaron la habitacion por una suite por estar completos. El personal muy atento y agradable. Faltaba mantenimiento del agua de las piscinas. Faltaba mas frecuencia en la limpieza y que hicieran las habitaciones por la tarde. |

Arranjarem o jacuzzi, na piscina e do quarto. Mudarem os horários do bus para a praia. No spa colocarem chinelos e gel de banho para as pessoas se lavarem depois da massagem de chocolate; arranjarem o ar condicionado e reorganizar o espaço da sala de massagem. Os funcionários deveriam de saber falar a lingua do pais ou pelo menos bom Inglês. |

Accueil excellent de la part de la directrice de l'hôtel. Séjour calme et agréable. Très beau cadre. Petit déjeuner parfait. Ma chambre était très bien, spacieuse, propre, confortable, climatisée et bien insonorisée. Connexion Internet catastrophique!!! |

É um hotel sem pisos, sem corredores, sem restrições absurdas, sem confusão. Tudo é ao ar livre num bonito e relaxante jardim. Os funcionários são simpáticos e prestáveis e os serviços postos (piscinas, jacuzzi, spa) estão ao nível dos melhores hotéis. A localização e a relação preço/qualidade são igualmente duas qualidades que apreciámos. |

A atenção por parte dos funcionários numa forma geral foi muito boa. O quarto era muito confortável. O facto de ser um sitio calmo, passa-se bem lá a estadia. Fica ao pé da praias magnificas. A nossa estadia foi acompanhada com alguns bichinhos (aranhas, bicho da madeira e outros). È praticamente impossivel controlar isto tudo, mas para pessoas um pouco menos toleráveis a estes bichinhos torna um pouco da estadia desconfortável. O pequeno almoço é razoável, encontra-se coisas que em muitos sitios não se vê, mas podia ter mais variedade, a nível de conter alguns bolos ou pastelaria diversa e os sumos serem mesmo naturais. O leite da máquina fica muito a desejar pois é muito aguado! Mas isto são apenas promenores, porque de uma forma geral passa-se lá uma boa estadia. |
