Meal times were very extended providing a comfortable environment for dining. Also pool towels, safe facilities provided free of charge. Would have appreciated a few more sun beds around the pool area. |

Close to the airport, but not noisy, nice swimming pool, excellent breakfast. There is a shuttle bus service to Funchal, operated by the hotel. |

Its a calm place next to the highway and the airport... Internet its TO expensive, should not be so "weasel" in the products of the bathroom ( 1 small bathsoap to 4 days). Minifrige should have more things to eat. |

Beautiful location right next to the sea; quite new; clean; fantastic breakfast buffet; easy to navigate around the island from here; close to the airport. The lunch and supper buffet are fairly expensive. |

Very nice food,bus to funchal,every night some shows in the bar, beautiful little village where the hotel is,not too busy with tourists Return hotel bus from funchal could be a bit later - 17.30 its too early |

Location,room, staff,hotel tradicional enlgish breakfest.We expected something from local food,wide selection of fresh fruits,some sea food(specialy on diner time)....We got it,but not in hotel restaurant. |

for me was important that it was close to the airport as our flight was early in the morning,we stayed there just one night because of that reason,but have to admitt it was very nice hotel with all you imagine,super breakfast,nice people working there,playroom for the children... I would not take it as a starting point for the trips in Madeira because of its position |

niks aan te merken op service, kamers, luxe,... hotel. Pendelbusje naar Funchal was aangename afwisseling. Stadje Santa Cruz is heel kleinschalig en rustig. Voor een ontspannende zon-zee-(strand) vakantie is dit hotel ideaal. Wie het eiland wil verkennen en wandelingen wil maken, moet zich steeds verplaatsen. taxi vrij duur, busjes zeer goedkoop. |

echt een erg goed hotel. midden in het dorp. direct aan zee en vlak bij het vliegveld. prijs/kwaliteit zeer uitstekend. een echte aanrader !! men had wel een shuttle kunnen inzetten naar het vliegveld. er bestaat wel een hotel-shuttle naar Funchal. |

prima de luxe hotel, op prima lokatie vlak bij vliegveld (10 min. taxi) , midden in Santa Cruz en direct aan zee. prijs/kwaliteit zeer uitstekend. een echte aanrader. Lokatie staat onjuist aangegeven op booking.com overzicht. Hotel ligt direct aan zee en niet in de bergen. !!!! |
