The location is really nice, just 2 km from Funchal airport, a bit far from Funchal center (about 20 min by bus). The breakfast was exactly the same for 8 days... a bit boring. The spa and gym open only at 9 am and close at 9 pm, so you cannot swim or go to the gym early in the morning....or just after a dinner.The spa is really small, with a very small indoor pool, not really good for a nice swim. The sauna is really nice.

Clean rooms and great location with friendly staff. As a returning customer imwould like to have been welcomed back and maybe offered a room upgrade. At a quiet time of the year I think this would have been a worthwhile gesture toreward loyalty.

The location near the airport. The facilities and comfort. Above all the staff. All have been helpful, considerate, generous and kind. During the four times wehave stayed there. Not acomplaint but free wifiwould be nice.

Não achei bem a piscinas interior ser paga não tem lógica nenhuma face ao preço que pagamos. E o único vila gale que faz isso e numa próxima visita a Madeira sertamente não vou para este hotel irei escolher outro com o mesmo valor mas com direito a piscina obrigado.

A simpatia de todos os funcionários. Dois factores que considrei negativos. 1. Os quartos e corredores tinham sempre uma temperatura bastante elevada. Isso tornasse desconfortável. 2. A internet é paga. Muitos hoteis dispõem já para os seus clientes internet wireless gratuita.

A Simpatia do pessoal e rapida resolução de problemas ocorrentes. Limpeza do hotel. Nos dias de hoje e dada a importância que a internet desempenha um papel muito importante nas nossas vidas, acho inadmissivel este hotel e na qualidade que tem, nao possuir wi-fi gratuito em nenhuma zona. Sendo que a pagar e extremamente caro. Realço que estamos a falar de um hotel com alguma qualidade, sendo que em qualquer simples café existe este serviço e gratuito.

Apenas não gostei de ter feito uma reserva para um quarto com vista para o mar e não terem me oferecido isso. O quarto não tinha nem vista parcial para o mar. A menos que eu fosse na varanda e de lá procurasse ver o mar. Nesse quesito, ou o site deixa a desejar ou as orientações dadas à recepção.

O Vila Galé Santa Cruz é uma excelente opção pela sua localização, está perto do aeroporto, do mar, de Funchal. Para além da sua localização, saliento o serviço de alta qualidade e as opções de Laser e relaxamento. Sem dúvida que foi uma boa aposta.

la piscine interieure le spa . le confort . la vue sur mer . la cuisine pas bonne. salle de restaurant tres bruyante . le mini club qui est juste un lieu ou il faut reserver et payer une baby sitter !!! bref il n y a pas de mini club et c est ce qui avait motivé notre choix! un peu de temps libre sans enfants.
