it is a beautiful place, with enough activities to fill a nice long weekend without the need to leave the gorgeous grounds! and very baby friendly. need to improve service and menu at pool bar. being told upon arrival that the only restaurant at lunch is the pool bar, then being told at the bar that there was a 1 hour wait for a table - while there were bar stools and 10 empty tables - was ridiculous. we were, however, sent to a very nice restaurant in town with much better food than at the bar - so maybe skip the pool bar altogether. |

Sendo um hotel com caracteristicas familiares não faz muito sentido que tendo 3 piscinas nenhuma delas seja adequada a crianças. Foi também bastante desagradável que durante os 4 dias da nossa estadia não tenhamos visto nunca a nossa cama feita por completo, durante os quatro dias os almofadões da cama estiverão debaixo da consola da televisão isto apesar de todos os dias virem abrir as camas, não |
