This is a resonable hotel for people wishing to explore the island by car. It is about 10-15 minut walk fom the centre. There a side ocean view from upper floors. The noise from landing/starting airplains is considerable, fortunately the first planes start to operate after 7 a.m. and the last ones end before 11 p.m. and their number is limited. Unfortunately, there can occasionally be a considerable noise from celebrating hilarious people outside the hotel until late in the night. It is not true that the hotel is close to the university - one cannot reach it by walk in less than 25 minutes. |

The location... close to shopping, restaurants, entertainment etc. It's a very comfortable and clean hotel. Staff are very friendly. The buffet breakfast was great. |

Nice hotel near town center. Good services, nice pool and gym. Breakfast buffet basic but good. Thin walls, sounds from next room can be heard easily. Also very near airport, so noise from aircrafts can be heard. Ponta Delgada is luckily not busy airport at all, quite few planes per day. |

The friendliness of the personnel was outstanding, and the facilities were very well maintained. And there was even free Internet! It was a 5-star service at a 3-star price. |

Asiallisen ystävällinen henkilökunta, ei liian mairea. Kaikki hoitui sovitulla tavalla, sujuvasti. englannin kielen taito oli myös kunnossa. Huoneitten väliseinät olivat ohuet, korotettu ääni kuului hyvin. |

Chambre spacieuse, propre; lits (tween rapprochés) confortables; balcon; déjeuner buffet pour tous les goûts; Personnel gentil, serviable; emplacement de l'hôtel assez tranquille (à part les avions), mais si vous vous rendez à Sao Miguel pour le whale watching ou pour la plage, choisir un autre hôtel plus proche. Dommage qu'il n'y a pas de mini-bar dans la chambre; dommage que l'hôtel ne propose pas de transfert depuis l'aéroport (les taxis exagèrent leurs prix, p.ex. 5 km à 10 euro); personnellement, j'ai trouvé le dîner peu varié sur 10 jours. L'aménagement du "mobilier" de balcon est à renouveler (!) |

Possui excelente localização, mas existem outros com melhores condições na redondeza. O estacionamento é cobrado à parte, 10 euros por dia. O hotel precisa de uma reforma. O café da manhã é péssimo!!!! Os sucos são do tipo pó solével, os frios são queijo e presunto, a salada de frutas é maçã e laranja, basicamente. O café é intragável. O pão é duro e frio. Penso que o café da manhã poderia ser melhorado facilmente, considerando que a região é produtora de queijos, não seria muito difícil oferecer produtos melhores para os hóspedes. |
