guter Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen, da zentrale Lage zwischen Lissabon der Westküste und der Region Sintra, gut sortierter kleiner Einkaufsmarkt auf dem Gelände ( für Selbtversorger wichtig, da sonstiger Einkauf nur mit Auto in Cascais möglich )stilsichere Einrichtung jenseits des gewöhnlichen Hotelstiles, Gäste , die es wünschen , können hier autark Urlaub machen ( Frisör, Restaurant, Einkaufsmarkt, Pools) sehr hellhörige Appartements, Lage erfordert immer Mietwagen oder Bindung an öffentlichen Nahverkehr , kein nahegelegener Strand, Lage in stark bewachter Luxusvillengegend |

Schöne, gepflegte Gartenanlage, die Nähe zu Strand und Ortszentrum, gute Sportmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung Gesamte Anlage ist umgeben von einer zwar kleinen aber relativ viel befahrenen Straße, Zimmerausstattung sehr minimalistisch, fast spartanisch. Extrem hohe Telefongebühren (ca. 5 Euro pro Minute ins deutsche Festnetz) |

Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus war sehr geräumig, die Einrichtung sehr schön, die Küche insgesamt sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Nähe von Spielplatz und Pool war insbesondere für unsere Kinder ideal. |

Die Anlage war sehr gepflegt, ebenso die Wohnung. Es war alles vorhanden zur Selbstverpflegung, ein Babybett wurde sofort kostenfrei beigestellt. Die Zimmer waren im Gegensatz zu den Bewertungen vorher sehr ruhig, von hellhörig konnte keine Rede sein. 2 gepflegt Pools, Bäckerei und kleiner Supermarkt, ebenso Spielplatz für Kinder vorhanden |

Easy approach to the beach and city, wonderful layout inside the park, family friendly, a wide range of services. It is a wonderful, luxury place, but in recent years the inside of the vilas has run down a little. |

Reception staff were very helpful. The bakery/patisserie was great as it created a central point on the site which created a warm atmosphere we were slightly 'out of season' so that bar was not open. It would have been nice to sit out and had an early evening glass of wine |

I liked how spacious the room was and enjoyed the balcony. I liked that the complex has a guard 24 hrs. It is nice that there are 2 pools. The staff were very helpful. No alarm clock in the room. I didn't like that it was two single beds pushed together. It should not be classified as beach/seaside. It should be stated that it is approx. 3-5 km from Cascais. Airport shuttle should be stated as an extra fee. |

Our stay in Vila Bicuda was perfect. The villa we stayed in was excellantly equiped with everything one could need, it was spacious, clean and the staff were fantastic. The pool was the best kept i have yet come across in a holiday destination, everything was fantastic about this property. |

Very nice and clean resort with all necessary facilities/services. Very clean and comfortable villas (we stayed in a T1 villa). Certainly a recommendation for people/families looking for a quiet place to enjoy the nice weather/beaches without having to worry about anything. Lissabon is within acceptable distance. |

The apartment with kitchen is well equipped and rather spacious. A small shop is available with all necessary stuff. 2 great swimming pools, ideal for families. We could hear the neighbours, and our balcony door could not be closed properly. The cleaning crew let our door open for several hours, but nothing was stolen and we got a bottle of wine for free. |

It was a very convenient stay for me and my 3 year old daughter; good to be able to park in front of the condomium which was very comfortable and large; and the pool area was very nice. |

The concept. The size and confort of the villas, the garden and the swiming pool. This "chic" touch of the place. Well located for a confort family relax stay in Cascais. Check out at 11:00 am. With large family it´s not so easy. You should pay your stay the first day. |

1) nice resort for families with (young) kids. 2) great bakery with enourmous choice and good tasty products. 3) distance to local golfcourses.4) quiet place for relaxing. 4) large and spacy villa's with all required comfort available. 1) overpriced resort supermarket (+50% vs local supermarkets). 2) distance to beach and restaurants which enforces you to rent a car or take a taxi instead of walking. 3) resort restaurant and bar is lacking the expected athmosphere.4) price for the villa is although the good quality overpriced due too the distance to the beach. |

This is a well-run facility; with all of the conveniences one might need for a short or long-term stay, including a coffee shop, and a supermarket on the premises. The bathtubs also function as whirlpool tubs, and for that reason, these are unusually high (the highest I've ever used!), making it difficult and potentially dangerous to get in and out of the bathtub. I would like to recommend that at least one guardrail be installed in these bathtubs, so one can hold on to it when getting in and out of the bathtub. Other than that, it was a wonderful... |

I went with my husband and my 5 month old. We got upgraded without asking as our room was not ready when we arrived. Every one of the staff were lovely and very helpful. Our villa was perfect and not at all noisy. Pool was great. We did not hire a car but walked to Cascais a few times with the buggy (45-1hr depending on route) - coast walk is lovely. Shop is expensive so be prepared. However this is normal in my experience.Also no salt and peppar in villa - think this should be provided as it's a bit of a waste to buy (very expensive in shop) for just a weeks stay and if the hotel provided it I don't think it would encourage insects in the villas or anything. |
