This is a well-run facility; with all of the conveniences one might need for a short or long-term stay, including a coffee shop, and a supermarket on the premises. The bathtubs also function as whirlpool tubs, and for that reason, these are unusually high (the highest I've ever used!), making it difficult and potentially dangerous to get in and out of the bathtub. I would like to recommend that at least one guardrail be installed in these bathtubs, so one can hold on to it when getting in and out of the bathtub. Other than that, it was a wonderful... |

I went with my husband and my 5 month old. We got upgraded without asking as our room was not ready when we arrived. Every one of the staff were lovely and very helpful. Our villa was perfect and not at all noisy. Pool was great. We did not hire a car but walked to Cascais a few times with the buggy (45-1hr depending on route) - coast walk is lovely. Shop is expensive so be prepared. However this is normal in my experience. Also no salt and peppar in villa - think this should be provided as it's a bit of a waste to buy (very expensive in shop) for just a weeks stay and if the hotel provided it I don't think it would encourage insects in the villas or anything. |

Staff were so helpful and friendly. Our apartment was very modern, clean and spacious. The style of the area was pure relaxation. Ideal for young families with a lovely playground and perfectly designed pool. The amenities available were fantastic. We particularly loved the bakery & cafe. Very difficult to find fault with this hotel!! Some people may not like the fact that this hotel is situated about 5 miles outside the centre of Cais Cais. This didn't bother us at all though (in fact we preferred that) and got a taxi into Cais Cais each evening for €6. |

Excellent, clean, nice neighbourhood, near the beach and restaurants (don´t miss Furnas de Guincho nearby). The best: the independence it gives having a house of your own. |

Our stay was excellent. The apartment was fine and the staff were friendly and helpful. The bathroom should have a dimmer switch as the lights are too bright when you take a bath. |

These gated villa's were absolutely beautiful, clean and well decorated. The kitchen is fully equipped. The staff was very helpful. I would absolutely recommend these villas/condo'S. For those with young children, they had a very nice play area. Although it seemed costly at first, it was actually less expensive than one of the better hotels and much more like being at home. Highly recommend. |

The size of the apartment was excellent. The cleaners took good care of us and the apartment. The water in the swimming pool was quite cold, because there was not heating. More plats to the garden, there were just grass and couple of threes. |
