Gepflegte Anlage, gute Lage zur Stadt Lagos (zwar zu Fuß ein bißchen zu weit, aber mit Mietwagen kein Problem) sowie zum Strand, angenehmes Apartment mit geschmackvoller Einrichtung, guter Gegenwert fürs Geld.

Hellhörig - bei ruhigen Nachbarn kein Problem, bei nächtlichem Fernsehen/Feiern/Duschen etc. helfen nur Ohrstöpsel.

We loved the low rise apartment 211 very comfortable and roomy, cool in the heat and home from home with kitchen bathroom facilities etc. Your rep in reception area tall girl with long dark hair was very helpful and efficient, the beach was a little far but the shuttle bus took care of that and we knew prior to going how far away it was, the area was lovely and quiet we will recommend it to our friends and have nothing negative to say about our stay. Excellent apartments. Great price. We had a car, so we drove each day down to the beach - most of the further beaches have free parking. Very clean, very comfy.

The comfortable apartment in very quiet area with easy access to downtown Lagos and nearby beaches. The well-stocked grocery across the street was also a plus.

Towels were changed once during our week-long stay, but the apartment was never cleaned.

Very good localization. Great view over the ocean. Nice apartments, very good equiped kitchen. Friendly staff.

We got towels, but there were no shampoos and soaps. If you are used to see such things in a hotel, this may be disappointing.

We've been here several times and keep coming back for the warm welcome, relaxed atmosphere, quiet environment, good basic facilities and excellent value for money. It is not hard to access the town of Lagos (10 mins taxi, 20 mins on foot) where there is a huge range of restaurants, many of them excellent and many also outstanding value.

It's a little bit out of town though this is to some extent also a benefit, since the environment is quiet (well, except for the seagulls...) Also there has been a change of ownership and management and we are hoping that standards will be maintained, though there seem to have been cutbacks and it remains to be seen.

Great spacious apartments, good value for the cost. Close to all beaches and town. Very clean and helpfull staff. Close to small supermarket to pick up any needs, food or otherwise. Overall very please with my stay.
