Food and variety of choice for breakfast. Friendliness of restaurant
staff. Comfort in room and peacefulness. Visit to Tavira island
recommended.

Rooms not tidied until up to 5pm. Reception staff helpful enough but
always looked as if what you asked them to do was an effort.On
occasion, reception staff persisted in using computer rather than
attending to customers. Towels left on sunbeds all day. Could hotel
have a ruling on this ?

The location is great, peaceful and away from any other tourists. The facilities were very good and we enjoyed using the spa when the weather wasn't so great.

A very unusual place - a former tuna-fishing/porcessing village converted into an excellent 4-star resort hotel. Good health club - too cold to use the outdoor pool! Staff very friendly and helpful. Excellent value for money!

Hotel complex was pretty cool, lots of outdoors areas (converted school and other buildings turned into games rooms etc), massive pool and small indoor pool. Garden areas in and around the blocks of rooms were lovely. Free boat trips to Isla Tavira were also a bonus. Bit out of town but offer free bus rides. Hotel rooms - quite small but nice enough. Overall good value!

everything was perfect, but, I would have liked to make a cup of tea in the room without using room service.

early morning for a little while there was a smell from the sewage banks that are near the hotel, but this did not spoil my stay.

Found all the staff extremely helpful and eager to assist with information about both the hotel facilities and the surrounding area.
Would accept that the cooked breakfast was limited in choice, though of good quality, but adequately compensated for by the variety of breads, pastries, cheeses, meats, cereals and spreads.
The layout and location of the hotel made it easy to escape any feeling of crowds, yet it was less than five minutes drive from a large selection of bars and restaurants in Tavira town.

Not so much a complaint as a warning, IT IS compulsory to wear swimming caps in the indoor pool, the one size fits all sold by reception do not fit those of us with long hair or big heads! Bring your own.
