The location is superb, quite remote but with a regular free shuttle service to Tavira town centre. The hotel has superb facilities and very helpful staff who all seemed multi-lingual. Despite it being a very quiet time of year resulting in only one restaurant being open, the qulaity of food was very good and breakfast offered everything from full English throught to cereal and fruit. |

Attentiveness of staff,especially in the bar.Evening entertainment was excellent. Breakfasts could be made to be hotter,food always was only luke warm. |

The environment, the buildings, the shuttle to Ilha Tavira (even if you pay for it as read in some complaints ), the cleanliness of the room. The quality of food served at the buffet for diner (less quantity for more quality) and few sofas on the terrasse to enjoy the sun, sunset /moon. |

Unique location in the middle of a National Park. Free bus downtown (3 km). Closed perimeter of the facility, thus perfect for couples with little children. Boat to the beach should be free of charge. |

The room with its own 'hall door' which though basic was comfortable. The kitchen/dining staff tried hard to please and the buffet was excellent value at €20. The daily trip by catamaran 'barco' to Isla da Tavira Beach was the highlight - without that we would have felt isolated with nothing between the hotel and the town of Tavira. 4 TVs all on together in the bar with different programmes on each but no sound on some of them, even during the Entertainment. Very noisy around the pool with lots of young kids. Probably a good family hotel, but there's nothing to do if it rains. We got poor impression approaching the hotel and the foyer/reception is not very attractive and the staff kept changing almost by the hour. |

Food and variety of choice for breakfast. Friendliness of restaurant staff. Comfort in room and peacefulness. Visit to Tavira island recommended. Rooms not tidied until up to 5pm. Reception staff helpful enough but always looked as if what you asked them to do was an effort.On occasion, reception staff persisted in using computer rather than attending to customers. Towels left on sunbeds all day. Could hotel have a ruling on this ? |

We had great time at this Hotel, thank you, which is in a beautiful setting remote from the noise of town or roads. The Hotel is largely on one floor which added to the feeling of privacy. The staff were lovely and always helpful. Good entertainment available, and with a free bus service to Tavira and a cheap boad trip to the beach. The breakfast had plenty of variety. There was no tea/coffee making facility in the rooms, which is poor for a 4 star Hotel. The hot food at breakfast was too cold! |

Very friendly hotel, nice ambience. You need a car, as it is too far to walk into Tavira, c 5kms, although there is an hourly shuttle bus during the day. |

A very unusual place - a former tuna-fishing/porcessing village converted into an excellent 4-star resort hotel. Good health club - too cold to use the outdoor pool! Staff very friendly and helpful. Excellent value for money! |
