The breakfast was of a good standard and quality and we didnt feel at 10.30 on the dot everything was rushed away. The stagg were slow to react when we and other clients asked for assistance in the spa. ie heater too slow, no shampoo or conditioner. This took 3 phone calls and they were slow to respond. Didnt much like the music in the evenings. |

I was only there for one night on business and because of the time of year the hotel was fairly quiet. However I received excellent service, the staff were very friendly and the restaurant staff were particularly attentive. As my stay was very short I was unable to take full advantage of all the facilities but in general the hotel was clean and well maintained. |

Close to restaurants. The gym does not open until 9am, which totally interferes with breakfast time (you can't eat until you've worked out) and, for my purposes, my golf reporting schedule at the Portugal Masters. No matter how I tried to get them to open a little earlier they wouldn't, because the cleaners were, apparently, likely to be upset if done so! Perhaps the cleaners own the hotel. This was very frustrating as I had booked this hotel because it had the gym facility. |

The relaxed feeling about the hotel, Nothing was a problem to the Staff, they were gentle and helpful.We were on the 9th floor and we had a fantastic view. The Sun shone on our balcony in the evening it was lovely. Not enough sun at pool, it was early October so sun was low.Pool water very, very cold. |

The location of this hotel is excellent. Close to the Marina and Beach. Some of the staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. Not enough staff to cope with the number of people in breakfast room. |

The hotel is very old-fashion style. We had twin-beds for a young couple. They only serve budget even for dinner (no menu a la carte). Most of the clients are old and come in bus group. There is nothing to do in Albufeira. You have to go outside and discover the region. |

Reception very helpful,clean rooms. The poolside hideous,too many sunbeds in small space,also people mst of not slept at night just so they could get there towels on the bed first!!! Go to the beach thats all I will say |

The staff were excellent and the close proximity to the beach and marina made it very well positioned. Breakfast very good. Prefer room fridge empty so guests can use it for there own needs. Pool loungers crammed in, need to be further apart. |

One of our party lost his passport and a sum of cash which was handed to reception by one of your cleaning staff. Please pass on our thanks and appreciation to the cleaning staff, well done ! The reception staff were not very hospitable or helpful, their manner was often abrasive and rude. |

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The beds were extremely comfortable and there were lots of pillows! A good selection of sport was shown on the TVs in the bar but the sound was turned down so it was not annoying to people who do not like sport. The hotel was well situated overlooking the wonderful marina. The room rate was very good value for money. |

The Brunch lunch on NYs day was a good idea. We like to sleep in in the mornings, the cleaners seemed to knock on the door each morning a little early for our liking. |
