The staff were excellent and the close proximity to the beach and marina made it very well positioned. Breakfast very good. Prefer room fridge empty so guests can use it for there own needs. Pool loungers crammed in, need to be further apart. |

One of our party lost his passport and a sum of cash which was handed to reception by one of your cleaning staff. Please pass on our thanks and appreciation to the cleaning staff, well done ! The reception staff were not very hospitable or helpful, their manner was often abrasive and rude. |

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The beds were extremely comfortable and there were lots of pillows! A good selection of sport was shown on the TVs in the bar but the sound was turned down so it was not annoying to people who do not like sport. The hotel was well situated overlooking the wonderful marina. The room rate was very good value for money. |

The Brunch lunch on NYs day was a good idea. We like to sleep in in the mornings, the cleaners seemed to knock on the door each morning a little early for our liking. |

Very convenient location The breakfast choice was very good, but the quality wasn't great - tea and coffee especially were poor. I would prefer a smaller choice of better food. |

Já conhecia o Hotel. O que gostamos mais é a localização. Perto da paria e do centro Vilamoura. O Estacionamento que tem de ser pago. Deveria ser gratuito para os hóspedes. |
