Simpatia dos funcionarios. Excelente pequeno-almoço. Design do Hotel . Cama com colchao inferior ao normal para a categoria do hotel. Falta de estacionamento, muito ruido proveniente das obras frente ao hotel logo pela manhã. A cortina de banho deveria ser substituida por um vidro temperado, mais higienico. |

Extremely friendly and helpfull staff and the location is very near the cruise port location as well as a number of Lisbon attraction in and near Betem. The rooms are well designed and comfortable. An excellent value for the price paid. |

Staff was very helpful and hotel facilities were at high standards. Very good value for money! 15 minutes bus ride to the city centre... However public transports were really good and at easy reach. |

The decoration, staff friendliness, breackfast. Also remarcable is the fact that , even in the top floor, the sound of aircraft flying over the hotel on its approach to the airport (maybe 8 km) is hardly noticeable The signs with directions to the hotel. One from the main avenue is placed in such a a way that we wnd up in a no go road. |

Rooms are comfortable, clean and spacious. Breakfast is international and good. The location of the hotel is close to public tranportation and the convention center. Also close to river side for walking and good resturants within a walking distance. |

Rooms we had booked (Junior Suites) were located on mezzanine, and were very noisy, facing the main road plus motorway/main bridge into Lisbon above hotel. We had stayed at same hotel twice before, in inferior rooms, with much less noise pollution.. |

Nothing other than close to trams and and was easy to get on to the bridge to make our way by road south. Couldn't wait to leave, rooms pokey, badly finished,and very poorly maintained, place very noisy with families over the weekend, no tea and coffee facilities. Not at all value for money, a 4 star hotel in an Asian Capital city would have done much better for half the price. |

The reception staff were excellent on arrival, the room was of a good quality. The breakfast was acceptable. Room was cleaned throughly every day. Bar was good value when compared with bars at the marina. Next time I would request a room away from the bridge (we stayed in 715 which was right next to it. The hotel is located next to the 25 avril bridge which was very noisy 24hrs a day and across the road from the Lisbon to Cascais railroad.If you were a light sleeper you would have cause for complaint as at no point in the booking process were you warned about this. Fortunately we tolerated this. |

From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed. The Reception staff were most professional and extremely helpful. Our room was a good size, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was well presented and had something for all tastes. Dinner was delicious and beautifully presented and the staff were courteous as well as friendly. Reading the reviews on your website there was criticism of the noise from the April 25th Bridge. There is a noise but it is constant and so does not cause an undue problem - unlike one that is intermittent. |

I enjoyed the swimming pool, though felt this should have been included within the price. The quality of food in the restaurant at breakfast was excellent, the room service menu could do with a little more choice but the quality was still good. I felt that the rooms were very small, especially as we were fitting a baby's bed in with us. |

Bel hotel, Bon personnel, Bon emplacement aussi bien pour tourisme sur Lisbonne que pour Affaire. Pour les passionnés de la vie moderne, cette situation presque sous le Pont est super (un petit peu bruyant, mais trés supportable). Ce ballet et croisement de la circulation routière en hauteur sur ce magnifique pont du 25 avril, des trains et des avions en phase d'atterissage avec en vue arrière le Christo Rey. Vision formidable mi fiction mi réalité, beau de jour et splendide de nuit. A voir. Un gros problème à l'arrivée qui s'est arrangé mais attention. Nous vous avions réservé 1 suite junior pour 2 nuit avec Kingsize bed, et à notre arrivée (tardive 22h30), la réception nous avait placé en chambre double classique avec 2 petit lit !!! aprés réclamation et au vue de notre copie de réservation par vos services, nous avons fait le tour des chambres et des suites, mais impossible de nous placer en suite junior car aucune de libre et celles restantes étant en travaux. Donc à minuit (oui + d'1 heure d'attente et recherche), nous avons acepté de passer la première nuit en Ch dle et passer en m Ste pour la seconde nuit avec compensation commerciale (les 2 nuits au prix de Ch Dble). |
